  1. thanks, glad you liked it.
  2. LOL - yeah I'm not sure either who were more embarrassed out of Nelson and Eric.
  3. Thank you Gary, It's nice to be told the story gets better with every chapter, lol. Though I do get a bit of performance anxiety I think Eric has made plans for a while now, but just needed that last push to get going. And like you said Rob finally broke the barrier. It will be fun to find out whether Nelson or Eric wins the race to ask the other out. Right now Eric has the edge, but Nelson may surprise us yet.
  4. I wonder about that too, lol. Right now I have no idea, but I hope I can find an appropriate prompt and work something out. Any suggestions?
  5. Well, I didn't want to do the 'repeat the first line at the end' trick again, lol. And Eric did ask to be told everything. So it seemed natural to end it like that. Glad you liked it.

    Chapter 4

Harrison certainly did a good job of giving his gift in a way that ensured Damien couldn't refuse, and Roman's bet sealed the deal. Great chapter.

    Chapter 3

This was such a heartbreaking chapter, learning of Kay's background and then ending with the rape. At least the bathing scene was more sweet than harsh. But so far even the kind people have little patience or understanding for the poor neko.
  8. Yeah, I'm sorry John, lol.Did you think about me being a little inspired by you on trying to do a more-clever-than-most MC? Even if Eric will never reach the level of Colt in Meta.

    Chapter 2

Well, you did a brilliant job of establishing Roman as an ambitious bully. And the whole scene with the poor neko being scared out of his mind was heartbreaking bit somehow funny too, with the slave master getting all flustered.

    Chapter 1

This is my second read, and I look forward to seeing the changes you've made. It was a good story the first time around, and I always meant to come back to enjoy and review. Slavery is always tricky to make anything but despicable, but the system here with some choice in entering or leaving the slave bond is intriguing. And of course we all feel for the neko and agree with the youngest brother about the stupid slave master.
  11. OK now that I've finished drooling and had my whiny rant over at the forum, I can tell you delightful this chapter is. They needed this time of bonding and I hope it's enough to settle the relationship firmly between them and to the outside world. And I'm looking forward to Robin introducing Kier to his friends and having to retract all the angry things he probably said about him.
  12. Thank you, that means a lot coming from a brilliant prompt writer. I'm having a lot of fun doing them.
  13. Yup, that's a teenager As much as Eric tries to be all mature and clever, he's not really different from any other teenager in love.
  14. Thanks AC. I always enjoy it when GA stories feature sensible girls or nice straight jocks as opposed to the norm. So I decided to try it out too, lol.
  15. I'm glad you like Eric's logic about coming out - and I have a feeling you'll enjoy the next part, lol. Thanks for pointing the glitch out, it's corrected. You know me so well.
  16. “Since when do I have to tell you everything?” Rob ran a hand through his messy blond hair and sighed. Eric was trying to piss him off in order to evade the question. His brother was way too clever, but this time Rob wasn’t going to fall for his ploys. He gritted his teeth and asked again. “Eric, I already apologized and promised not to tell anyone else that you’re gay. Now will you please tell me why you’re afraid to come out? Or whatever the reason is?” “I’m not afraid. And my reasons are m

    Chapter 20

Nick will have to learn to think about everything he says and to listen carefully and asking sasha what he means. Just a small thing like saying 'if you're good I'll bring you a surprise' does not ome across like a playful comment, but is taken deadly serious by Sasha. But I have confidence they'll get there in the end. Oh and I forgot to say in the previous chapter review that James is as selfish and inconsiderate as ever. He needs to say away from Sasha for a while.
  18. Thanks Ron. Compliments on my dialogue always make me smile giddily, because I find it hard to do. So much easier just to describe what's going on, lol. My beta is always pushing me to 'show, not tell', and I'm sure he'll be happy for me about the result. What's wrong with WTF ? I was so proud I'd mastered just one of the many incomprehensible US abbreviations, lol.
  19. It was an interesting chapter. You keep expanding the concepts of telepathy and telekinesis, and I like the result. I wonder what happens when Steve starts to develop his abilities, poor Bill may feel a bit left out.

    Chapter 19

I wanted to tell Lacey that sandwiches are not a good idea. Sasha needs yogurth and fruit, meaty broths and soups, ice cream and milkshakes and tiny nibbles of dark chocolate. He should eat small portions every two hours rather than follow normal meal times, and at no point should he eat enough to make him feel sick. But I was glad to see Frank understood Sasha needed peace and quiet.
  21. You're welcome. More is on its way since I'm finding this challenge so much fun. And even more so since people like the result.
  22. That's a good point, Percy. And it's not just Russ, but also Jacob who has issues from past experiences. We just haven't seen much of them yet. Glad you're continuing to read.
  23. Thanks for bringing up this point, John. First of all, Nelson needs to know Eric is willing to come out. Else there would be no point of taking him on a date. Secondly, he's comfortable with Jasper and will say and do things in his presence which he won't do in a crowd. So the whole bragging matter is just between them. Thirdly, standing up against bigots is more or less the only principle which will overcome his natural shyness. Nelson hates bullies with a passion and since he does not have to fear them physically, he speaks up against them for himself and others. Otherwise he's fairly reticent, and joining the drama club is his way of trying to work on that. But I do agree he's chicken about the whole dating thing. However, Nelson is in love with a guy whom he thought was unobtainable. Give the poor bloke a chance to get up his courage. LOL
  24. Aawww thanks ColumbusGuy, you made me blush by saying I've got 'fans'. But I'm humbly grateful to everyone posting supportive reviews here, and it does incite me to keep going. I think comicfan's many great first-liners will last me for a while.
  25. Well, you'll get your wish, since I'm having a lot of fun with these guys and comicfan's first line prompts. Just don't kill me if it delays CC chapters, lol.I thought it would be fun to have the straight guys trying to match-make. Their methods are somewhat crude, but they may be effective in the end. Time will tell.
