My Like button doesn't seem to work so I thought I'd just say how much I like your story.

Kind of ironic how when Luke punched Jim, Erin made the jump to the (horrible and totally uncalled for) thought of Luke possibly harming him, yet here we have Jame bitch slapping Luke twice. And Luke is the bad guy? Luke has done nothing but try to protect Erin and fix all the nasty situations at school. What has Erin done but cook and have great comfort sex? I think he is emotionally much less mature than Luke and this certainly shows - it's all about him and how he is feeling, not Luke. When we are grieving we do some pretty strange and uncontrolled things - believe me I've been there - I think Erin and Jame can be more understanding. Tears for Luke as he goes into Greg's room, brings back memories as I had to do the same twice when I lost 2 spouses. Maybe that's why I feel so protective of Luke.

There are increasing hints of Little Tigers strong mental powers, especially over Emm and his emotions/control. It would be so easy for Jian to manipulate Emm but I think he realizes that is not a solution to this dilemma. Jian is a very slowly (wisely?) eroding Emm's defences - and Emm thinks he's really in control lol! You can run but you cannot hide Emm. Wonderful chapter, great build up. Tried to "like" the story but it wouldn't let me so let me press the LOVE button now.

Can't help it but Luke being number 7 for a young man who hasn't even been out of the closet just makes it seem that this relationship isn't really anything special. Whether or not as Jameson said it may not always have been good sex doesn't really matter. Don't know why that bothers me so much but it really does. Almost hoping that things don't work out for them and that there may be someone else for Luke.

Thanks for the happy ending, glad he finally figured out who was behind door number 3 (still my heart goes out to Adrian and Latoya - family pressure can be impossible to break away from and can lead you into making unwise choices)

What an emotional finish Between you and Sasha I think you're going to kill me! The grand romantic in me just about exploded, such a rush of emotion, it felt so real I felt a bit guilty watching them

Happy that Ryder had a good day and was allowed to show us his skill as a quarterback. Glad Garrett was put in his place . I hope we are about to meet Jeremy!?!?

Sometimes You Get What You Need
Petey commented on Sasha Distan's story chapter in Sometimes You Get What You Need
It is a source of constant amazement how through your words we learn to love all your characters, however unlovable they may seem to be when we meet thee.I fell in love with Kurt first, now Kieran.(read their stories back to back this weekend - had lots of time and couldn't stop reading once I started). You are an exceptionally talented writer who has an extraordinary command of language. I love how you allow us to live inside the boys heads so that we can get an intimate understanding of how and why they do the things they do. It shows how you know your characters and understand their emotions(very much like an empath). One of the reasons I read is to escape the reality of unhappiness so I appreciate that your characters are allowed their HEA. It is so good to trust a storyteller that when things seem to be so dark for our boys, in the end all will be well. While others put drama in for drama sake, for your boys it is so essential to their story and makes perfect sense. Now it is back to Jian and Emm, they above all hold a very special place in my heart. I trust that all things will be well for them. I'm hoping the northern lights will pale in comparison to their love when it is finally revealed. Sorry for the gushing, but I love your stories. Never stop writing please! -
Spare Parts And Body Shots
Petey commented on Sasha Distan's story chapter in Spare Parts And Body Shots
What a powerful statement to describe Keiran "beautiful but damaged" You have such a way with words -
I wish that Rye or someone could get Emmett to talk. Being as I tend to overthink everything myself, I hope that Emmett doesn't throw away a chance at true love. Curious that he is so much more comfortable as a polar bear, guess it's easier to hide then. I love how Jian feels so natural around Emmett the polar bear, maybe it shows how he really loves the true Emmett. The story just keeps getting better, I hope it never ends

The storyline seems to have switched into soap opera mode, almost like we are in a different storyline. I'm confused because none of the characters seem to be the same anymore. Can't blame Trace for running, don't know if I'll stick around to sort it all out.

A highlight of my weekend is a cup of coffee and a chapter of Tiger Winter. You certainly didn't disappoint. One of my all time favourite stories

Just a question, if Callen and Trace have just moved to Florida how would Sasha know about Alex having pined for Callen for so long? We need more back story to find what's really going on, can't wait to hear about it!

Chapter 11 - Releasing the Burden
Petey commented on Cynus's story chapter in Chapter 11 - Releasing the Burden
Sad that mental illness is still something to have to hide even if if hurts someone who is innocent. So happy Zane found his true family in Clint, wish you would tell us more as they continue their life together. Love and appreciate all your stories -
While Emmett is so busy overthinking his attraction I think I should indulge my own fantasy of Rye and Jian in a hot make out session. It seems to me that(for now) they are better suited for each other, Emmett needs to seriously lighten up or the next time he sees the slim packet it may already be empty.

Loved seeing this side of the boys (maybe the Love is contagious, eh Preston and Indie?) Can't wait for the next chapter!

As much as I share the readers frustration with Emmett, I'm so happy to see the strong foundation that this relationship is building. Love watching Jian interact with and enjoy Emmett the Polar Bear. No need for Emmett to starve himself to hide who he is in this relationship (and in spite of the awkwardness and hesitation it is one). Looking forward to reading more!

Love this story! While the path to love is sometimes excruciatingly slow it's nice to see true love developing. Love watching Emmett come to realize how much he really loves Jian. Can't wait for more.

I think there is more of a story there about the (hinted at) feeling that Alex may have for Tracy. I'm not sure about the purpose of all those winks if those feelings are actually real or if he is just toying with Tracy. Looking forward to the next update

You've got me hooked, can't wait to see how this story plays out. Hope there is some happiness for both brothers down the line. It's good to see such a close relationship between them. Hope you give us some back story on Chewy, bet it's an interesting one,

Very disappointed with this chapter...too predictable and cliche. There was no suspense or tension, we all knew this was going to happen (even with whom). I had enjoyed the story so far, I wish you hadn't fallen victim to the cookie cutter story line so many other writers fall for.

Thank you for another wonderful optimistic story. It is so nice to escape all the drama in our lives and live vicariously through all the boys in your stories. Your have a masterful way of telling a story, bringing to life all the emotions of these young boys. Please keep writing more stories like this, we need all the innocent, sweet love we can get.

Enjoyed this chapter. It was nice to see the person that was on the receiving end of the bullying be able to stand up for himself(even if he lost the fight). Glad you allowed the principal to show fairness and understanding toward both boys(unlike Kenny's coach). Love the way Zac stood up for his former friend, showing compassion when it would have been so easy to do otherwise. Now please let's bring some real happiness to Zac because he sure deserves it.

Such a beautiful, optimistic romantic story, yet tempered with reality. Can't wait for part 2!
