I was just going in to claim my shiny in Last Post Wins in Games and Humour. When I went and hit Send Reply, it changed to Saving and then back to the editor exactly like nothing happened. I hit Send Reply twice more, and viola, now there is 3 posts of mine a row I feel like I should discipline myself for spamming Then, when I went to post this topic here, GA wasn't in Web version, but all bullet links for each area. Chapter 107 The Laundry Game
wildone commented on Dodger's story chapter in Chapter 107 The Laundry Game
Wow, that was quite the chapter As usually, Robbie peaked on his roller coaster last chapter and now has his sober second thoughts to deal with The fact that he considered suicide to himself is scary beyond all doubt. The only positive that I think came out of the during shower scene was the fact that it scared the hell out of Robbie too, and before Alex jumped out at him. I"m not a big fan of Nathan, but my gut reaction is that Tom is wrong about him and Alex. I think that Robbie was right in his disbelief of what Tom said. I think it was more Nathan trying to set up a meeting with Alex to keep his hands off his boyfriend, but I might be wrong . Then in typical Robbie fashion he goes and makes things worse by telling Don to get him out of the house. I knew Walter would be back!! I know Robbie still must think somewhat positively about him as he provided him some good guidance over the 12 hours they met last time. I hope Robbie can share what he is thinking in his mind and know that it won't get back to Don, Sue or even Mr. Andrews. As for the psychologist that Don had set up, I'm not really surprised, but more shocked that this person's reputation has him barred from coming onto school property. There must be something serious in his nature, but I wonder what? Gay conversion therapy? Religious doctrine, but Don and Sue are not religious but wouldn't put it past Don. He must have or has the potential to harm kids must be the reason for him being banned Thanks for sharing another great chapter Dodger (psst, the cheque is in the mail, so we get the Walter reunion chapter tomorrow, right?) Oh, I forgot to add, I'm not too happy with the approach of Mr Andrews in this case I think if anything, he will have made things a heck of a lot worse, yes it is possible, between Robbie and Don. -
Halloween was always probably my favourite time of year as a kid and into being an adult. The idea of getting to dress up as a kid was fun, then in your twenties you could get away with dressing up as anything you wanted too, and now, to watch the excited kids getting ready for Christmas. I do think that the over protectiveness of the parents have put a wet blanket over what I remember as a kid. Malls where it is element free and controlled candy giving seems to have taken even a bigger chuck out of what communities used to stand for. Also, my best memories as a kid was going out and coming home with the biggest pillow case of candy and then pulling out the things like bags of sunflower seeds and then Dad driving me to the Children's Hospital to donate anything with sugar in it. I have been a type 1 diabetic almost all of my life, so to see how happy other kids would be made by the fact that I couldn't eat the candy made a great day all day.

Now that October is well on its way, let's get excited for the 31st, which is All Hallow's Eve. My Browser is showing me the mobile version. How do I change it back?
wildone replied to Thorn Wilde's topic in Site Help
Don't worry, Friday I had black screens and reboots weren't doing anything, I had power to both displays, on the next reboot tried to go into disk repair and that still didn't help, was about to take the tower into repair shop and had an idea...checked the HDMI cable on the back of my main monitor (I use two monitors), and alas, it was a bit out. Pushed it in and everything was back to normal At least I wouldn't be the guy that the IT guy said "Did you check the power cord to be sure it was plugged in?" -
What to say this week? Oh, I thought I would like to pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation to our LBO, aka Slytherin, who has some exciting changes coming up in her life and has stepped aside from the Site Moderation Team. Well, it has come The semi official end of Summer in my little area of the world. Today we had rain, we had hail, an hour west of me they had the S word flying though the air . Chapter 104 The End of the Rainbow
wildone commented on Dodger's story chapter in Chapter 104 The End of the Rainbow
Well I have been remiss in not commenting of late and feel bad for it I usually get in some reading before bed and usually fall asleep after my Cockney Canuck fix. Not that the story is putting me to sleep though Since it hasn't been a while, here is my ideas that are bouncing around in my noggin. First off is I, like Robbie, have began to dislike Nathan for what Nathan has become. When the two of them were casually flirting in the bus stop, we had Robbie's POV that Nathan was created in god's image as far as he could see. I have to wonder, has Nathan always been the manipulative, self centered, all about me person, or has just Robbie's eyes no longer seeing him as an idol and for what he actually is. Maybe the only friend he has had since he came out is Ginny, because Ginny is the only one that can stand him Now don't get me wrong, as much as I now hate Don and having Sue no longer on my Christmas Card list, I think they should seriously get Robbie in some kind of anger counseling to start. I'm sure the loss of his mother and upheaval of his life is all manifesting in his anger, but somebody needs to step in and help the boy! Maybe now that he has told a teacher to F.O. the school will intervene in order for him to continue being a student. Not that I think Robbie is not a victim of circumstances, but he has been getting worse and worse over time. Alex, unfortunately I think he is soon going to be wanting to be anywhere but the Taylor's house. When Nathan made his threat at the end of the chapter, the first thing that came to mind is that Nathan will be broadcasting to the entire school that he broke up with Robbie because Robbie and Alex have been fucking behind his and his families back. I really hope not, but that is what I'm feeling. Alex doesn't ever want to come out, Don and Sue will put an end to fostering Alex and Luke asap, Daniel will be pissed that Robbie is turning a boy slut, and the mayhem will go on And like others, I think Nathan was another case of getting secret notes from Alex before Robbie and like Robbie, he allowed Alex to have his way by his choice. I have really always felt that Nathan was no virgin to sex like he lied to Robbie! Even Robbie was amazed at how 'fast a learner' Nathan was. Anywho, those are my predictions to what will happen to Robbie in the upcoming chapters. Me thinks dark days are ahead. And yes, Nathan will be with mystery boy like flies to poop by the end of next chapter -

Well hello everyone! Happy Sunday I hope for you all. I was shocked to hear that the schools in some parts of the US are back in already. Nope, that was over two weeks. Took 5 days to get to my destination of Cobourg, Ontario, and then a day trip up to Ottawa. After 5 days down in the area, I came home over 4 days. So 9 out of 15 days was driving and saw lots of things that I haven't seen since I last drove out there when I was 7. Lots of stops made it fun!

We continue on with our summer broadcasting schedule (do you say shedual or skedual? ) I didn't take over the weeks worth of blogs for Cia, as you really don't want to see that . Instead we split up the week a bit more this week . Monday Cia brought us a Story Review by @LitLover Wednesday Graeme took over the blog again for some big news! Friday, Cia shared prompts from our prompt guru @comicfan Saturday Myr jumped in with some exciting news about Stories! Sunday, Steve did the Weekly Update Question for you all, we have a feature called Improve & Encourage. Essentially people put down their name and then next person to sign up would do a review for the person above them. Here is the last blurb that Renee shared with us: Authors learn best when they have the chance to engage in active feedback and give and take with other authors. That's why GA is such a great community. So if this feature sounds like it's for you, sign up now! Well it really must be the beginning of the dog days of summer this week here at GA! We didn't have a full packed week at the GA Cia Blog, but that is not necessarily a bad thing . It does mean that everyone is having some rest and relaxation, which I'm all for!! So back to the wrap up, on Monday Cia introduced us to the July Classic Author: Tuesday we took the day off and picked up again on Wednesday with Cia sharing the July Classic Excerpt: Thursday was another day off and we jumped to the popular Writing Prompts on Friday by guess who? Cia again . I was thinking of getting her to do the wrap up for a perfect week!
