Great chapter Dodger!!! I am happy that he is out now to Nicola (Jimmy), Sue and to an extent Amy. Oh, and Nathan I, like the others are curious about the reactions of Daniel and Don. For some reason I honestly believe that Daniel is going to be more overjoyed than anything else about the announcement. Previous discussions between Daniel and Robbie have indicated that Daniel still hurts that so many people turned on Nathan when he came out, and to an extent, it even reshaped his own relationship with Nathan. I haven't really seen any true selfishness of Daniel (except maybe being a slob ) so he will be so happy they found each others, maybe even a bit more for Nathan. Don, on the other hand, what do we really know about him? Of all the characters you have introduced us to in the family, Don is the one with the least amount of screen time. Really, we have seen him a few times where he has been the disciplinary of the family, breaking up the fights between Robbie and Nicola, but we haven't seen the touchy feely times. How is this different than most families? I think we are all prejudiced against Don, without really know much about him. One paragraph stood out and I read it over 3 times, convinced this was the final chapter. This has to be one of the most powerful paragraphs in the whole story to me. It, by itself can sum up the journey so far in a very real, honest, and believable way. Every now and then a certain passage makes a lasting impression on me, and to refer this to baseball, this was a grand slam home run!! Thanks for sharing Dodger! Looking forward to more

So I was reading the blog one day when your story was featured. It piqued my interest by the review and the comments. I was hooked by the end of chapter 1 i really like like how you didn't overwhelm me with too many characters at the beginning. A simple, easy flowing start definitely kept me reading. As you complemented you MC's with new people, they just brought out more of you characters good points, and maybe some of their less than good ones too. The build up to the end was amazing. For Corey to see Jason with Luc could have been the end of things but it only made the ending better! i agree with everyone that a side story about Liam would be great or Jas and Cor with their own ankle biters running around the house. Although all ended well, I can't help to feel that their could be future conflict between the two lovebirds due to their natural insecurities i guess you have done some other writing with these characters so I'm gong to go check them out Take a bow Lit. You should really be proud of this story!!!

I know the second largest city in my province and soon my own city will make parents register and prove their kids are vaccinated in order to register for school. They will be allowed to attend school but as soon as any communicable breakout, they will be sent home and not allowed to return until a certain amount of time has passed without new cases. This could mean weeks or months of your child not being allowed back to school. As the school boards have said, you have the right to choose not to get your kids vaccinated, but you don't have the right to put them in danger because of it in the school system. You also have the right to pay for home schooling or babysitting if you choose that path as well. One of my best friends is against vaccination and none of his kids are vaccinated. With these new rules, he is not happy with them, but he agrees with ensuring he has the right, as long as he is willing to pay the cost of that right. The thing that kills me the most, is the biggest cost will be if he loses one of his kids

Loved this story. I wonder where Tiff is, and if she missus us like we miss her This definitely was a great read!! Thank you !
-
I have such a sense of relief that it is over. I hope it is over. If Ethan is in fact dead, then that is where he deserves to be. Like Graeme, I was cheering the steak sauce and the glasses being tossed at Ethan. That took guts!

I thought I had read all of Miss Chin's stories, but sadly I am mistaken I miss the whole brothers and friends dynamic. To see Storm's son, Sean, has his own story has me off to do some reading. Thanks Drew!!- 3 comments

I'm not liking where this is going And damn you Tiff for this cliffhanger.
-
Yikes!!! Shyte has hit the fan I know storm, Rachel and Sammy are safe with Hiro and Crew there, but Sean and company are safer in Cali.
-
Oh my Great chapter. Lol
-
Wow this chapter is a roller coaster. Ethan the psycho is really making his presence noticed. He said Sean was going to pay like the others. I really not to sure if I want to know what happened to his parents or previous bf's im totally glad Sean isn't home and be aware of this going on.
-
Another great chapter!!! I'm more than curious to see where this goes. Six more weeks in Cali for Sean. The only downer is Ethan. I would be tempted to call the cops after bribing a 5 year old.
-
I loved this chapter. Storm's wish for Sean to be an 18 y/o and goof off with friends seems to be evolving. Kind of interested to find out if there is a thing between West and him or is it us projecting what we want to happen.
-
Yikes, West scares me!! Early on I thought good for you, Sean. Giving Cali a chance and opening up to Edison is good too! Then a West appears. And Ethan . I'm worried for Storm right now.
-
Oh my I don't like the sound of those threats.
-
Actually, contrary to the others, this might be the best. At at this point, Sean may hate his dad, but he did say he was glad to be left behind due to that hate. He never indicated he was going home to Ethan one way or another. Just hope that Ethan doesn't come to get him. Maybe Edison being a total outsider can talk some sanity into Sean.
-
Although I was happy to get reacquainted with Crew and Hiro, and Skyler and Zeke, I'm with the majority that Ethan is bad news for Sean. . Hoping some time apart will make him see better but that ring is like a chain around his neck I think. Either way! That was rape
-
I'm getting a little creeped out with Ethan.
-
I thought I'd read all of Miss Chin's stories, but obviously not. The tension between sean and hid dad can be felt. I think a lot of it has to do with the age gap between Sean and Etahan. Evan I, now a fossil have to question what a 35 y/o is doing involved with first a 17, now 18 y/o guy? But I also remember the fights with my dad when I was that age where I was so frustrated he was being so unreasonable. Definitely a situation on where both sides feel justified in their position and not willing to budge

Happy Birthday Graeme I'm sure your day is coming to a close, but hope you had a great day!!!
