  1. P.S. I also vote in favor of a sequel. I want to see what Robbie makes of himself and what becomes of Don and family! Six more chapters won't give you the proper amount of space to do that in my humble opinion.
  2. I actually was getting ready to send you a message to see when we might see another chapter! Thank you for posting this Christmas Eve-eve present! A truly lol line: I had used that entrance enough times in the past for my own pleasure that I felt almost obliged to participate in its upkeep. I really did laugh outloud! Here's wishing you a 2021 filled with joy and peace midst all the Covid craziness! Tony F
  3. Exciting chapter. It amazes me that these two young men who are barely dry behind the ears themselves have such maturity and responsibility. They have the support of the Jenners, which is going to be most important.

    A Little Heat

I don't understand the game playing at all...to me, it's not honest and is too roundabout. Edward has walls up, for sure, but I do believe honesty rather than games is called for. The question is whether Edward does have feelings for Adrian. If so, will he listen to them? Go Ryan and Mike!
  5. Tyler is seriously more troubled than Zeke can imagine. His "self-medication" in cutting and starving himself is the outward expression of much deeper problems. I hope Zeke discovers soon that he needs to help Tyler with others who can truly assist - like medical and psychiatric/psychological help.

    Epilogue

So...you've pulled together all the loose ends. Hate to see the story end as I've grown accustomed to following these characters. Now on to more stories!!!
  7. You have captured all the emotions experienced throughout the honeymoon by Tayloe and Eron. Likewise, the parting scene is keenly felt by the reader - at least it was for me! Well done!
  8. Almost had a "Hallmark" feel, but effective! Now to solve the rest of the mystery. Sundays won't be the same when this ends...

    Cameron Farms

Palpable joy! However, I can't help but think that another shoe might drop and there will be some drama...

    It’s Over Now

Rhys has every reason to act and believe as he does at this moment. Perhaps Toby will intervene somehow...

    Duetti

I had the same thought about who was riding the motorcycle, but glad it wasn't Sexyhunk. A nice respite for the holiday - now I hope to see more "meat" in the next installment!

    Dark Chills

Very well written, indeed! It's coming together, but I get that there are a few loose ends to tie together.

    Carefree Day

I relaxed along with them vicariously. Well done!

    Obbligato

I see several red flags: the guy from SexyHunk sounds like potential danger, Rita wanting to change the town, his dad "on board", his dad's visit...I feel like Oliver: more please, sir!!!
  15. After a lot of slow moving but quite informational chapters, things are moving quite rapidly now. We will find out Levine's motives, I'm sure. I hate for any great story to come to an end even though I want to know the ending! And, of course, with such a story, I would enjoy a sequel!
  16. This is a story of two men surrounded by people who truly love them. It takes a divorce and a misunderstanding to force them each to mature and grow into their own persons more strongly so that they can relate to one another as truly strong individuals. It is very well written, intelligent, and engaging.
  17. I really enjoyed this story: you created mature individuals who still needed to grow up. The interplay of family - their support, their interference - was so real. And yet, the love they had for one another knew no bounds. Thank you for sharing such wonderful talent! Tony F

    The Fixer

What wonderful gathering of friends to celebrate the communion of love!

    Die Forelle

So well written! I took a vicarious trip in that canoe! I felt the sun, the breeze, the nervousness... As for the story, I'm still thinking there's something not quite right, possibly nefarious, with Rita...

    Brothers in Need

And I am reading both! Plus, I had to read Keep me a an apple of your eye, which I had not done before, so that the current volume would make sense. Loved that one too!
  21. Rather than Story interuptus, I would say it is more like edging...

    Brothers in Need

How often will you be publishing chapters? As well done as your writing is, I'm sure daily would be great....lol!
  23. What an absolutely wonderful story of love, the positive role of true religion, and suggestions for listening to music which supplements each chapter. This is a great read!

  24. And new knots are made...
  25. The preponderance of evidence at this point definitely would make it seem Ary is the killer. However, it is not beyond a shadow of doubt, and that is what makes me eager to read the next chapter - quickly!!! Great writing, Laura!
