I must admit Emmett's hesitancy is a bit puzzling. Does Jian have to write him a sign "Apply kisses here" with an arrow to preferred body parts? The guy has kissed him twice, obviously trying to get things moving and Emmett does his suddenly shy guy routine. So as long as it's just sex, anything goes. But when those feelings get stirred, shit gets real? Get a wiggle on Xue-bear!

What a sweet slowdance towards that alluring precipice and then a beautiful fall! The twist at the end was a speedbump, but seems to have propelled the guys on and given Brian all he needed to finally decide who's life he wanted to live.

To find someone to share his world with and not have to go through such terrible times alone must be such a relief for Myles. I can't imagine being 15 and alone in the world. Still, this happens to kids in some places in the world. They have their whole lives ripped apart and are left to fend for themselves. Very scary to think of the gang of other kids who seem to have lost their humanity (or is it enhanced?). Understandable in those circumstances, though. As for an expansion - I always seem to answer that question with a yes. This time as well... LOL

I'm glad you could see Perry and Ruben as I did. It's not always easy to judge when writing if your characters are clear enough. I like the idea of Perry zipping around in space for a surprise visit. Since all Oliver has done the past years is lng for Adam I think he will be happy to finally be reunited. Although, the other circumstances might be hard to accept. He's probably not envisioned them to be three. Still, being together with his love should help him overcome that.

Perhaps Zac's run will get his mind in order... A lot to think about. He should talk to Adrian but at the same time he needs to realise he's not responsible to carry Adrian's troubles too. Adrian has to work out his own life. Zac should also talk to Omari and explain he isn't ready for what the older guy might be wanting of him.

Hmm... The boys could be in for a bit of a struggle, if Brady finds it so hard to accept himself and fear what his family will think. Their friends seem openminded enough though. I hope Ryan doesn't end up hurt again,by Brady changing his mind. Very sweet to see them discover their feelings for each other. Hockey players have that certain something...

Sitting on the porch outside his house, Ruben leaned back so far he was almost lying in his chair. So many stars glinted in the vastness of the dark sky. I appreciate you staying true to your characters. Too often the tension and drive of a story is lost due to an author's desire to make them likeable. It's scary and nauseating, but that's as it should be. -
Kiorl is a demon after all, a major one. So going on a spree is to be expected. Hard to stomach nonetheless. Perhaps it's his warped way of regaining control by losing it? That fallen angel is messing with his mind.

I smiled at the part about how Tomas started out reserved but then provided glimpses of his true self. It's so amazing when that happens, like finding a common rock that suddenly reveals a precious stone inside. A stone no one else knows about but you. Nice to see our cautious guys so comfortable and relaxed together.

So all is well at home. That's nice to have at least that part of his stress out of the way. And school is working out better than expected. It's just Adrian who's a dark cloud on his sunny sky. But Zac's right. He can't let himself be hung up on Adrian. He can't 'save' him unless Adrian wants to be saved. Or at least helped. To be anyone's dirty secret isn't the way to go. Perhaps he'll have a good time hanging out with Irene and Omari, make new friends and perhaps have someone to talk about his thoughts and worries. It'll be interesting to see how Omari views their 'date'.

Up and down this chapter... But I suspect his mother is more upset about the inappropriate behaviour rather than a possible relationship between Lonnie and Billy. Although, it might be a lot to take in to have another revelation in such a short time. But I have faith in Mom and Dad. So nice of his team mates to show up and support him. And for Zac to have a little flirting at the mall.

LOL I'm glad you got a little sunshine and heat in your day... People are different and that's fine. I just think we should do what we enjoy, as long as there is honesty and consent. Can be tricky though, to be so open not only to your partner but to yourself as well and know when to say yes and perhaps more importantly no. Thanks for reading and reviewing!

Personally, I don't think mixing it up with more partners is necessarily a bad thing. However, everyone has to be on board, and usually that's where things go wrong. Joel isn't ready for a thing like that. Perhaps Lucas would be surprised at his own reactions too, now that he's in a different sort of relationship than he has had before. Not even dream Lucas wanted to share Joel... So my subconscious was probably telling me something. Thanks for reading and reviewing!

I was writing it as reality first but then I realized just what you're saying: Joel wouldn't do that in real life. It didn't make sense. Maybe in a few years from now, but I'm not sure.
