Well, when Tobyn decides to come around, he doesn't hold back huh. Good for him, great for Kellar, better for us.. Whew.. I'm glad that he explained his initial reaction about them being mates. All things considered, and thus being Tobyn, I think I understand why he would have reacted that way. Not to mention he's a guy so... Thick headed comes to mind! Hehe.. Thankfully that part is mostly behind them, and now we move on.. Also, Mace and Dane... Sweet! Well done Gary..

Thank you Skinny for such an engaging story. I enjoyed every installment, even when I thought I would have to come hunt you down. This story was well worth the time it took to be told. David's journey stirred me in a way that I could not have predicted, and I was more than happy to see him come to this great end. There is much yet he has to do, but I know now that he can. It is sad to say so long. I will miss David and Twoey along with their friends. (No chance of following them to college?) Thanks again SkinnyD... <3

Fridays are more than just about the weekend again. The boys are back in town, and damn if that didn't make my day. Fantastic chapter. Aww Skinny, I forgive you for most of the past 18 weeks.. Because this, this is what we hoped for. I like this Twoey. Protective, sure, and so good for our David. I love seeing David not afraid of himself and confident in his love for Twoey. I know they can handle the future. They have a great support system of mostly friends. And Ginny/Mom. Also glad that Donny has Chuck! If David moves in with Ginny I hope there's room for Tommy. He can't be left to ruin.. I was surprised too, that Granpa didn't call right away.. What's up with that. Loved Treading Water! So, do the chapter titles come after, or is that also something you know going in? The chapter Touching Bottom was for me very moving. Jared totally opened up to Craig and they kept themselves be vulnerable and honest with each other, in a way they hadn't before. So honest in fact that Craig had a little Freudian slip..(something about bottoms) lol... Anyway, chapter too represented what I love about your writing. You allow your men, mature, smart, warts and all, to be in touch with their feelings and they communicate, and it does not diminish them at all.. So refreshing. (Should we send them to visit Kellar &Tobyn) Im looking forward to seeing every one of those pieces inside your head come alive on the page..

I think this chapter allowed me to understand David a little more than I did. I get the sense that he's more insecure than he is codependent, but making time to do things and have his own identity outside of, but not separate to the relationship can't be a bad idea. Unless well, he makes it a whole other life.

Rough and un-pretty is keeps it all in balance because life is that too. You keep it real, and tell it unflinching and honest, and I greatly appreciate that... Nicely done tim...

By the time Deke started to chuff, I was ok this is good. When Henry jumped, I yelled oh God no! Then hastily looked around. But, I'm home. Alone. Totally invested.. Lol.. I really hope Kraig is okay. We need a good lead on that Doctor. What the heck did he do to Kraig.. Terrible thing for these new mates.

I'm so not buying D's new act. Cuddly kitty he is not. He's choosing his hurt deliberately to wound his mate. Something is way up and I'm sticking to my thinking that he thinks he's protecting Noël. But from whom? Still, will it justify him treating Noël like crap? Talking and coming up with a plan together works! They're more powerful together no? Ahh... So many questions .. Did the bonding not go right? Is the council involved? Could Keelan be operating outside of exile? How are Simon and Landyn so calm about this? I can't imagine that separation will be a good thing. Is D that strong now he doesn't need Noël to be close? Kriss is is a big question mark fo now and I'm not inclined to trust him just yet. D could be playing right into the threat and delivering Noël. Clearly im reaching Adi, so feel free to answer any or all of my questions.. It would so put my mind at ease.. Hehe...

Well, there you go. Silas does need to accept that he's not a freak for finding pleasure in pain.. Maybe Oliver can help him get there on the way to winning him over. It's not going to be an easy line to walk..

Oh the suffering still. My heart aches for Silas and what he went through. It may be better with Oliver, but he's still thinking he's a freak. Obviously there's much still to work through. I agree - getting lost in his own world is a danger when there's someone lurking..

Well, I'm hoping that with Toby, Carlos and Oliver keeping a closer eye on the boys things won't be too disastrous.

They got through it, but still carry it with them. Hard as that was it's good to have it all out in the open. Maybe now they can really start to put it behind them as much as possible.

Oh man.. I'm feeling so warm and fuzzy.. I'm so glad that David has accepted himself. I'm thrilled that he and Twoey are here and together. You scared me but I never had a doubt.. Ok maybe a small one.. I still can't believe all that happened. I'm sure David will be stronger the other side of it. He obviously trusts Ginny and now she's his therapist/new mom. With his own family MIA for all that I can't help but wonder what their reactions will be to all of it. I'm not really thinking that David could live without a plan but maybe Twoey can help with that.. Although, Twoey is counting kisses now.. Too cute.. Peaches and cream indeed.
