    Canada was my very first thought for a setting. Nunavut fascinates me. You are very kind concerning the material in the prompt. It has been a while since I attempted one. That last gesture seemed like a good place to stop. I’d like to imagine the rest... I’m very grateful you read this, and especially so for your response.

    I know I’m a writer verbose, to limits I never come close - my prose so fecund makes for writing rotund, and a figure that’s quite adipose.

    I like this; your characters are distinct and well drawn. I get an emotional connection to Bill and Adam easily. These are people I know and like. Maybe Adam will gain more confidence and add understanding to the field - it wouldn’t surprise me at all.

    I enjoyed the need to look at writing more spontaneously as a result of taking on this prompt. I like your analogy of mental muscle groups: I used several new ones this time. Yet as I said earlier, I yearned for some kind of closure - I’d never have slept without it... thanks again for including me in this!

It’s a monster; the Advisory says it came up the Mississippi, merged with a Pacific low and then sucked in a system that moved in behind it from Alaska.”
