If the major officers of a top company go missing, a serious federal investigation is started. A serious records fire for could be started which would be suspicious and delay the investigation. More fires could happen. Enya could be busy. Sebastian's team could flood the social medical and friendly news sources with leaks about Kasar's ties to organized crime or drug dealers who want him dead. They could say he reportedly has a huge amount in overseas funds from stolen company assets. The fires could be proof that something needs to be hidden.
