Luckily his assets are tied up. Stef and Will have repaired their relationship. Stef will backstop his financial need in a new checking account so his dad is not requiring Will to explain his needs. Stef caught on after studying the matter why Facebook could possibly be a great investment. They both saw great potential in Facebook's monetization approaches. Stef told Will he could be in the Forbes 400. Will also has been given Google stock and he is benefitting from its enormous growth. Will told Stef he fucked Peter Theil and they both laughed. I am still struck by the bold sexual moves Will made to complete the deal. He knew Theil wanted Mark and he was willing to have sex with Peter. I guess it helped him to complete the deal. Will might know deals are often made by smart, congenial and sometimes good-looking guys. They have to market and appeal and put the right skills together. The tech guys often do not have the best social skills. They can be nerds and are not often put out front. Facebook went public in 2012. Peter Theil is leaving its board later in 2022.

I think Alec had to be his own person with a job and break free from his mother and her domination, before he could begin to develop a relationship openly with Finn. He would have been so tormented if he stayed at home or in the town. I hope Alec realizes he has new possibilities with Finn and Finn and River help him to grow. Alec has to be counseled and boosted and loved unconditionally. Finn and his family could offer a very supportive, positive environment.

Alec blinked when he should have keep talking and thinking along with Finn. They were in the perfect place. Finn so likes Alec. He is goodhearted and wants to reconnect. Can the addition of River spark a better understanding in Alec and bring him back to Finn? Given Finn's attraction to Alec, I bet the young child was Milo's.

What a great way to wake up. Thanks for this early chapter ! CJ and Owen and Lieve keep living the good life meeting interesting people, fulfilling goals and beating Northman. CJ's network expands. I really enjoy how the guys include Liebe in their life and do not consider her a hindrance. This NYTimes story covering CJ and Owen seems promising. We do not know the purpose yet. it is approved by the higher ups, though This is all so upbeat. But ,should I be worried at least a bit? Also, will Northman get so incensed that he gives CJ the worst possible assignment as a payback?

Xpress got it so wrong and said Hanna was seeing Ray and Maddox. Jonathan was an innocent lost roommate while hot sex was happening in the next bedroom.. This is the best chapter you have written. The boys stay in love, communicate, do not fight, enjoy all the time they have, connect with Matt and Seamus, love the munchkin and stay in bliss. It is going to be a fun, scary, enlightening, rough, surprising game. Cyrus is sneaky and likes to pull individuals off balance Cyrus knows the skills of his opponents and it looks like he coached Remis on how to detect and maybe defeat Vincent. We will learn if Cyrus is setting Vincent up so he can fight him. Vincent , needs to be wary and assume they will seek out him as he is using his affinities. He at least, should learn new tactics that can help him fight Stefan. Both teams have plans.I think Cyrus anticipated Vincent would spy and threw him off balance. No plan survives first contact. The teams will have to be resilient and the individuals will have to trust one another, including Kaplan/s team I am looking forward to the contest that just started. I hope Lewis does not try to sneak in hits to Vincent.

Jorgan gave Karl a pleasant birthday surprise time away from work that ended with Karl being traumatized after Jorgon had sex with him. Karl is in the prime zone of sexual power for a male and he can't enjoy his sexual nature. He has been impaired by his activities with George who initiated his sex life and warped it. He needs help. George is a mess after he was sexually abused by his now dead stepfather and not available. Can Jorgon help Karl after this event? Will Karl reject him? Both guys need to talk and try to work out their issues. Jorgon and Karl like each other.. Karl was not expecting their friendship to turn into sex. He is confused and dismayed. Karl has to grow up fast. Jorgon and Karl have to live and serve alongside each other. They cannot live well with pain and misunderstandings hurting each other as they train and learn to fly. They have to do their best and live for the moment since death is a real possibility. They need to at peace.

OK, Mark--It seems for me the wish fathered the hope I am worried that St Vincent who is a power unto himself as you have reported will stay peeved at Granger and keep him ashore with him working on solving his myriad very difficult and almost intractable problems like reforming and improving the Royal Navy's shipyards. George may be kept from commanding a ship at sea longer than he wants. I am just speculating and stating a concern, I am not angling for you to indicate any future story developments.

Everything has gone well so far. They landed and met a crowd without any security to arrest them. They broadcast their arrival and short message to the world, Ases is agreeable and has made jokes. He is adapting to his newly discovered revised constraints and need to build support within the planet's people and leadership. First contact has gone off like a charm. What is next? How are they going to build support and stop from being arrested? Who will they meet ? What will the Kardoval do? More reasons to want new chapters to find out the answers.

OK, Gates dropped out to join with his Lakeside High School partner, Paul Allen, who had ideas about computers and software that sounded much better than classes at Harvard. Will should now be on track to be very well off, but Facebook, I think, won't reach the heavens while he is at Harvard. It could even fail as other good ideas do. Nothing is set in stone as far as Will can see. Success is not certain. Lakeside was given $1 million in Microsoft original stock by Gates and Allen for a science building, They told the school to sell the stock because the school needed the money for the building under construction. They reasoned they didn't know what would happen to the stock price in the near or mid term. Likewise VC firms most often sell the stock of the new companies they have helped when they go public. Holding what is now a small company stock is a different matter and requires other skills and new risks. The big pop in value for VC firms for what they spent happens at the successful IPO This one choice is going to open up new avenues for Will and teach him a great deal. It is also an investment in a non-defense related area which is what he and Stef and Matt have on their minds. Might Will suggest the foundation buy some stock later or even donate some of his stock to the foundation?

In the original 400, you had to be the fourth generation of wealth to be old money. Is Will part of a third generation? Maybe the standards are different now. People will at least at first see Will as new investment money. He can correct them. There should be a culture class--West Coast vs East Coast like Stef and Brad found at Triton. I do wonder how the CA relaxed, appealing, handsome, surfer, bright Will actually will react to the that part of the student body who live in a small self- contained world full of stuffy, old boy connections who went to East coast prep schools and country clubs and were multiple legacy students who feel properly entitled. The student body should have many types of students. I bet Will can take the good and bad he could meet in stride and be himself and grow wiser and gain new friends and carve out his own niche. He has had a broader set of experiences in the US and overseas than most. Freshmen must live on campus the first year. Will can meet many new people this way. I assume he can eat Rosa's food off campus often

So, he holds onto Facebook and becomes a multi-billionaire, Good for Will ! Brad will regret this one that got away and not be as relatively pleased with Linkedin. Will can gain a reputation as a wise investor that will last and help him. He could be cited as --the man who bought into Facebook early....Stef should even more want him to be joining the firm. I read about one VC guy who was seen as a sage because he bought into Apple early Thiel is a libertarian and known gay with a partner and Silicon Valley outsider who liked that role. He backed Trump in 2016 and then moved his businesses away from Silicon Valley saying it was dominated by group think.

You made Will win the financial lottery that people dream about. With one decision he could eventually be wealthier than Stef. Facebook is one of the Tech winners . Imagine investing in Apple or Microsoft or Twitter at the start. Have you seen that picture of the Microsoft original team--so young and so nerdy? No one would give them much credibility to create such widely used software, not even IBM who passed on buying a greater per centage of it for less than Will is investing. OK, these people are disagreeable and Zukerberg is a thief and Thiel can upset others. But Facebook will shine and easily surpass Linkedin which truly has a narrower purpose. Will did this his own way and used his own judgment, not others. He liked the product and saw how it was easy to use, His analysis is brilliant. He also viewed himself as an angle investor--one who took greater risks before the VC guys consider the company. He can afford it . The really big money will be made if he holds onto the stock way beyond a public offering and way beyond those who say sell. Facebook will become megabig and dominate his assets. Eventually he would have to sell some stock to diversify and lower his risk. I hope he doesn't bailout too soon. He needs to stand his ground from the start . I can see his father pushing him to get away from Facebook since it not his deal when he finds out. Matt and Wade will not be happy. Stef could be surprised and proud of Will doing his own thing . He knows Will will be educated by this. I noted he did not want his family to be notified. He knew they would think he was making a decision they would not make. It will not be a well received investment for a long while. He has time to wait and learn. Will being Will had to incorporate sex in the negotiations and enjoyed the experience. He knew this could be a part of what had to happen. He is letting Peter decide whether he would take a seat on the board . Peter should want Will on the board after he thinks about it. He is smart, likes the product, likes him, is part of Facebook's target audience, has the potential to be agreeable and not a pain in board discussions and has a name that will inspire confidence. Will should ask Stef what he would do, if he gets on the board so he could be a wise, effective and legal member. What a way to make his trip to Harvard and preparation for college to be very memorable and lucrative ! On a side note: If Will funds the deal, and aides Zuckerburg , he will take sides against the old money in the Porcellian Club which could close some doors on campus. In the end it may not matter. Zuckerburg wins and Will belongs to new money and old money looks down on new money--even if the people with new money are way wealthier. I imagine the old money and other snobbery at Harvard will piss Will off and channel his interests and friends.
