  1. Totally agree with you. In this scene, it's for the second chapter of TC3, and Rob and Jer are in Jer's bedroom in his old house, getting it cleaned up and packed. Rob's helping, reaches under the bed, and grabs said "cum rag." Start bonding scene of two teenage boys as family/brothers. For the life of me, I couldn't find a term or phrase it a different way than straight on what he stuck his hand in. I love both of their works, and I need to move them up on the "to be read" list. Especially with me starting Uni. on 08/10/2018.
  2. Thanks, Daddydavek! I told tim and Kitt in a PM the other day, "When in the hell did I turn into a Drama Writer? I'm going to have to include Finding Eros in the Tampa Chronicles just to keep my SciFi/Fantasy street creds!"
  3. Thanks, Def. Chapters 1 and 2 are done and have been edited by Kitt. Need to send them to tim next. Chapter 3 is being completed in tandem with Chapter 3 of Jeremy's story. After I finish off TC3, I'll start posting on Freedom Station.
  4. You both do a bit more than that. Like, listening to my insane backside in PMs when I have a self-doubt crisis.
  5. Thanks, Dodger. I've always loved the snow leopard. Beautiful Creatures. I mean look at this face!
  6. Thanks, tim!
  7. Thanks, Kitt. Both you and tim, help a lot with these stories.
  8. A lady friend of mine went on a three-day rant about "sword in sheath" after reading it in a romance novel. Just mentioning it, would set her off. I've heard some pretty bizarre sayings when people were trying to not be too vulgar.
  9. Same... and in the shower, and out for a walk.
  10. I notice the mentions didn't pick up in the blog... @Kitt @Mikiesboy @MichaelS36 @BabyXander1990
  11. I've met a lot of gays that have never slept with a woman before. Hell, there's even a name for it: Gold Star Gay = you never touch a vagina in sex. Double Gold Star Gay = never had sex with a vagina, and was born via a c-section.
  12. Thank you, Reader. 🙂 I appreciate all the support. Yeah, the interview questions were fun. A little insight into my mind too.
  13. Thank you, tim. I totally agree with you about the interaction between readers and authors. There's a bunch of stuff I clip out, before sending it off to the editors (you and Kitt), or convos that characters have with each other between scenes that only take place in my head, that helps me write them better. I feel that being able to talk to the readers, allows me to put in those little tidbits.
  14. The writing was fantastic, well thought out, and the dialogue was clear. An excellent tale of meeting an Ex.
  15. A compelling tale based on Egyptian mythos.

    A New Life

Thanks for reading, Job. Jill is a sweetheart, even though she worked some grueling hours in the ER she always had a cake, fresh baked cookies, or brownies for us, when we came over. She did everything from scratch too. Of course, like Brayon and Chandon, Jill isn't the real name of the person she's pattern on.
  17. A well thought out and written story with a surprise ending. Excellent read.

  18. My fellow writers... I'm looking for either an online Thesaurus or just suggestions of what people use when it comes to describing sex. From sex acts to sexual aids, looking for more "classy" words for somethings. For Example: I recently use the term "Cum Rag" in a story, after about an hour looking for some alternate way to describe it, without it sounding stupid. I really hate some of those "flowery" descriptions, like "He slid his sword into her sheath." That's stupid sounding.
  19. *Casts Thread Ressurection* As an avid Role-Player of several table-top RPGs, like D&D and Pathfinder, I have bought props that helped me get into character. Specific sets of dice for each character as well. As some of my writing characters, are my old RPG characters, I would have to yes to having props for them.
  20. *Casts Thread Resurrection* My characters come from several different places. Like James, a lot are based on people I knew/know and are most likely mixed together. Some are old RPG characters I played. I suck at naming things and use baby lists and name generators now.
  21. I couldn't review these individually, the emotions that came forward were too strong to put into words. As a collection, these are words, thoughts, and emotions of one of the strongest men I know. Written as a child trying to survive.

    Daddy Dearest

I understand a bit more now, about what you've said about your father, over the past year and a half. I'm glad Mike was there.
