Well said, my friend. I never really thought about things that way, but you're right... keeping promises to ourselves is just as important as keeping them to someone else. I think most people have a tendency to prioritize others and don't stop to think about what's best for their own self. I'm glad you've committed to your new job. Everyone benefits from having routines. Write what you can, when you can. Some days the words will come, some days they won't and if not... you can always get up and bake 😁 xoxo🩷 -
No... nobody in particular was in mind. I've always described my version of Lucifer as being snarky... so him having a pinch of Schadenfreude is absolutely believable. Thanks for reading!

I've been through this often with my husband's lungs. He gets recurring infections but whenever they test him everything is "normal". Needing prednisone 4-5 times a year is not normal. Same thing with the weird, random neurological stuff that goes on with him. Numbness in extremities? Can't find any cause. Tremors? Nope, everything is fine. Burning sensation on his scalp? Nothing on the MRI. He's stopped going for tests. It's frustrating. I hope tim feels better soon.

Yes... Lucifer is a bit tongue in cheek... but we can never forget he's the devil. Poetry is completely different for me. I see it as a chance to learn something new. Thanks for reading!

Time for the owner to politely ask them to find a new barn. The lost income can be recouped... a damaged reputation is harder to fix.

Hope you feel better tim. Take it easy today I had a sleepless night... so what did I do? Browsed Amazon for stuff for the new place. I am in denial that I had to order a raised seat for the toilet. Went to the Preserve a mile from our new place... not realizing they close the park at 7pm. Sunset wasn't until 749. So we parked in front of an empty lot a half mile down our street. Not exactly the backyard... (those houses are a bit out of our price range) but pretty darn close. Once my ankle heals we can walk there with the pups... well maybe carry Camden... he's almost 15 and gets tired quickly. Enjoy your evening everyone!

Hope you feel better soon! Our pollen count is at an 8.8 today... enough to have me reaching for the kleenex when all of a sudden the nose decides to turn into a faucet. Plus the lovely random sneezing fits. Yay allergy season... 🙄🤧
