Not coming across as a jerk at all. These are totally valid questions. If you come at it from Lar's perspective, he was 7 when it all went down. He doesn't know any better. It's not in wheel house to assume his parents could/would lie about this. They have him cut off from the rest of the world, sheltered, so all he knows is what they tell him. Regarding Loren still being friends with the gang. Well, Loren' ran away' from his family, a family that had made him feel like crap. So it's not unreasonable that Loren would go back to his friends while not going back to the family. ETA: Loren and crew started filming when they were 13ish? so that's still 6 years after he ran away. That is a long time to circle back to his friends

After reading some comments, I was confused. I had more written about the two years that Lars was left behind. I have NO IDEA what happened. I accidently deleted it during the editing process? I'm so bummed. Added a small blurb to fill the hole but, but it was never intended to be left so vague. SORRY

I actually was going to do an epilogue of Aidan going to college. I was thinking a storyline of him having a crush on his roommate but @kbois shut it down because she said it was too gross to see Aidan seeing boys like that

According to my first story, the only way to end a sentence was with an exclamation point. Everyone was just so excited to be featured in a story! Why was everything so exciting?! I don’t know! What a time to be alive!

This is an incredible story: well written, engrossing, and realistic. I found myself feeling protective of Rick. I got so angry at times, when he was treated poorly, and elated when he was happy. If you're on the fence, do yourself a favor and read it.

My mom made up words all the time when I was a child. She also made up her own lyrics to popular songs. This was very confusing for me and part of the reason I struggle with my vocabulary. I was embarrassingly old when I realized umpteen was a real word and not something my mom made up. -
I agree. As a guy that spends so much of his time in front of the screen, he knows how quick that can go wrong, and Lars is already going to be a sensitive matter.
