There is more strategy involved in these races then I realized. You know where to end a chapter after the intensity of this race I knew damn well we weren't going to get the race with Pete. If Jackson finishes ahead of Pete but behind Oliver do they still win the bet? I must admit I have no idea what you are going to do it can be anything from Jackson pulling a muscle to a three way photo finish (do they have photo finishes in swimming?)

I did not expect to see the Mage responsible for hurting Crillis until much later in the story When they were in the room with furniture and pictures on the wall I thought they would have looked at the pictures to see if there were any clues. The evil Mage knew somebody was there but not who was there at first has Jamie or Snave considered that he can follow their whereabouts when they use the "wagons" Mos nodded his head a lot seems to be universal gesture for people who can't communicate verbally with each other.What if they come across some people where nodding their heads means no? Geron might have already written that in another story. Geron might have made one small mistake after that last attempt on their lives I would have thought at least a few of them would have needed to use the bathroom

First Khybeer shows them one map then puts it away and show them another map and then tells them about the tunnels why didn't he just do that in the first place? I am not done with the chapter but I have a tendency forget some thoughts as I continue reading and I want to want to share this while it's still fresh in my mind I apologize for this I'm sure most of us have been assuming this story is in the past but perhaps this could be in the future. They found the bathrooms with the modern symbols for Men and Women so I'm think maybe we in the present time almost destroyed the world with our technology. Thorvil and all the Mages got together and casted a spell making the population forget ALL about the technical advances we made to save ourselves and the environment.Perhaps this stuff is underground so that people who still know the technology could hide from the Mages. If you managed to follow that (I'm not sure I did) the rest of the chapter which I'm going back to read might prove what I just wrote irrelevant but I wanted to get it out there. If you want to call me a nut job cool just don't call to have me committed

This would have been a good chapter for Tuesday July 4th Seems like every chapter is scarier then the previous one

If you are into crime drama ,mystery and suspense then you have come to the perfect place.This beats any police drama you may have seen at the movies or on TV hands down. I won't say any details about the story for fear of giving away too much as the other reviews covered it well.What I will say is think of any great suspense writer and this author will compare favorably to him/her.The author has said this was his first attempt at this genre which makes my statement in the previous sentence even that much more incredible

Parker strikes me a somebody who has a lot of humility so I don't know if he took you up on it.I bet other readers have told you this but the story you just have to read from Parker is A to Z some years have past this your message to Parker was posted so I'm guessing you already found it but I thought I would put it out there in case you haven't .I have now as of this read time two of your stories and I have been blown away both times is this going to happen everytime? IMHO those are ALMOST as good as Parker's A to Z trust me I mean that as high praise. BTW while I'm here I looked up Hailey Idaho did you know Bruce Willis invested a lot in the town and started some businesses there? Did you consider putting any of that in the story?

I love how you have all the characters from your stories cross paths.It sounds like Zach has been instrumental (just realized the choice of words I assure you that wasn't meant as a pun 😄) In what Larry is going to end up doing .Zach makes a very compelling case

Another Altimexis story that's all I need to know. I find the last sentence of the story synopsis " he learns that sometimes the shortest path to one's goals isn't the straightest one." Very interesting
