I'm not positive but I think one of the smart readers here already mentioned this possibility but all the talk Trevor had with Aidan about security got me thinking could the McKinney's have a plant on the security staff? The place they went to being so isolated I wasn't sure if it would be a good place or bad place for them to try something but thankfully Ranger Rick and his staff were made aware of what's up so that made me feel better. I'm sure this was covered in previous stories but when they were speaking of there superior vision in the dark It made me wonder when they are in their wolf form are they color blind like dogs are? After just reading this I just thought I would add some recommendations and another deserved 5 stars. Echoing what i said in my chapter comment why can't the reaction one the characters Hone gave be the norm? It boggles my mind my this should be an issue.What comes in a close second though is why is there coconut Mac-n-cheese (read the chapter comment to understand that)

Admittedly there's more about Asperger's I don't know then I do know but from what I did know about it Corey didn't show many symptoms but the you explained that well by saying how Corey's mom got him the proper help. Hope I'm wrong but I see a future physical confrontation with Corey's former football teammates especially Jackson.Keep that spoon handy Jess. One thing I left out in my very long comment is what you allude to and that is for a first encounter that was very reckless on Craig's part and I don't picture him being more discreet in the future which means what you said Stacy or someone is going to catch them in the act

I am going to say something really obvious here maybe some of the other smart readers here already knew this but it took my thick skull until this chapter to figure this out. When Seth started to tell more background about Craig we found out he's been treated special since 12 years old because he's an elite athlete.Seth has said "just about every girl in our class wanted Craig" so why is he with someone as flawed as Stacy? Easy Craig is gay and he probably knew in advance that Stacy wouldn't put out so no pressure in doing it which another girl might pressure him too.Now that he found out Seth is gay all the better he thinks he can finally explore that while using Stacy as a cover.When he said to Seth“If you say a word about this to anyone, I’ll fucking kill you. Got it?” Besides the obvious reason Craig also has to worry about if he's exposed as gay at least two thirds of possible scholarship offers from college football programs would be withdrawn possibly even the place Craig would want to go the most. We find out about a lesbian girl named Roni a good guess that was the girl Craig referred to last chapter.If it is Craig seemed to know about this before the school did I wonder how? Seth just as he did with Blake in the hospital tried to comfort Roni. This shows what a good hearted compassionate person Seth is .Sounds like a lot of undeserved crap is going to come Seth's way (Duh just check out the title of the story) I'm sure Ronyx will make things right by the end of the story🤞but it will be interesting how. It looks like Seth and Roni are going to be friends so perhaps somewhere along the way he'll tell her what is going on with Craig. One piece of leverage Seth has but doesn't seem to know he does is he can threaten to out Craig with the implications to his possible scholarships. Judging by the way Roni stood up for herself in this chapteriIt sounds like that would be something Roni wouldn't hesitate to do to Craig Sorry I was all over the place but there was a lot to absorb in this chapter. For somebody who told us you didn't know where you were going with this you certainly did a kick-ass job on this chapter I was torn between a love reaction or a tear reaction not because it was sad although it is on some level be because it was so touching. @drsawzall and I think @Summerabbacat called it right after last chapter about Chris needing help also if there is a silver lining to all this its their Dad realizing they all need professional help. @Jeff Burton hinted that it may be Gavin from the other story I hope so. I think Corey knows this but he has to realize he may have to drop those other friends to be friends with Nate despite being teammates.I hope it's a case of Jackson being the biggest A-hole and the other friends aren't as bad.I mean what Jackson did didn't make sense. Perhaps one reason why Nate doesn't have many friend and no other gay guys on the sly haven't tried to approach Nate is because they have to pass the Jess approval test good luck with that.But bless her heart though

I get the feeling Corey might have been somewhat interested In Nathan even before the incident.Maybe he even forced what happened in front of his jock friends because he WANTED to serve detention with Nathan and get close to him. People do strange things when they are in to someone. In your other story Travis, Matt etc, referred to the players on the other team as lug-heads.Was Corey on that team🤔

This chapter should have had a warning to keep a box of tissues close by.It was just one emotional moment after another. The part where Tyler squeezed Travis hand really got to me and when I thought nothing could top that Tyler waking up saying "I'll forgive you" came really close. You implied this was based on your personal experience I'm so sad that you went through that but I guess we all have something like that in all our lives.You managed to take that experience and create a masterpiece.

I applaud Devin for coming to that women's aid and while I would do the same thing there is one risk the man could be a mover and shaker in the seemy world such as say the mob or a drug cartel when (I'm pretty sure when) Devin subdues him and that might piss him off to the point of revenge.I'm sure Devi could handle it but it may put people he loves in harms way .Worse case scenario of course. I'm impressed by what you can learn from reading these chapters. In the previous chapter there were some details about the Navaho and Apaches tribes and their dealings with the Army that I didn't know.And I never knew opossums were immune to poisonous snake bites.You can almost justify letting your kids read this based on being educational material......well I guess the gay sex gets in the way of that but otherwise..

I usually do a lot of spec but since this is pretty much new stuff and you said a lot more will be revealed I'll just have find out more before forming any kind of opinion which is unusual for Me. I'm sort of surprised they that it's not at least in the back of their minds that Devin may be gay.Part of that could be the grieving they did over their other two children. We find out the boy in the hospital is named Blake. His Parents show up and are angry in a heavy handed way not caring that they are being overheard.It's possible Blake is some kind of troublemaker but so far he hasn't come off that way so I doubt it .I'm guessing he has been blamed for something he didn't do with the police bringing him to the hospital and all. Probably bullied I take two statements that were made first the mother saying"It's always the same,Blake. God only knows what you were doing.Well this time we've had enough".Combine that with Blake later saying "They hate me" and I conclude that his problems are gay related. Seth's Mom is definitely overstepping asking Craig to find Seth a date for the dance.She's oblivious to what an ass he is (her daughter also for that matter)And Craig comes up with this brilliant plan to hook Seth with this lesbian who mother is also doing the same thing I bet the girl has no idea this is happening. Worst part of this is it doesn't take much of an imagination to what Craig meant when at the end of the chapter when he said "You'll find out".
