Am calling this...Into the Unknown...we witness our heroes venture into places they have never been before....Alexander has his cherry popped and offers to keep seeing Lyn after the wedding. Lyn gets to stay and be part of a moment rather than being a mere participant. The way I interpreted that intimate scene is that it was more than sex...it was more an inhale-exhale sort of thing ...Alexander letting in Lyn completely(inhale) through giving himself to Lyn while Lyn lets go,becomes a blank slate so as to fully be part of the moment(exhale).. What I like about the closing scene of this chapter is that it's somewhat a full circle moment ...When the story begins, El is ending his sex arrangement with Lyn...this chapter ends with Lyn experiencing what El did...Being asked to be a boyfriend!..Beautiful moment for me

I almost felt sorry for the wimp in the White house.. He cannot just help himself . Well..that was fast @Jason Rimbaud and @weinerdog🤣🤣🤣....Here I thought was the first to the shift... That being said...this chapter made wish could afford to take horse riding classes...We do have horses here but they are available only at very expensive places.. I like that the tension between Colt and Joel is somewhat gone...I believe in time they will be comfortable around each other as good brothers... @weinerdog...do you think those two will finally do the nasty now that they have a place to their own?...You have a knack for knowing this stuff🤣

Now the story sets off in earnest ..Kyle Brennan...I like your vibe already ....Old Morgan needs to lighten up a bit ..and you are just the remedy for that..😉... I can't wait to see the chaos they are going to unleash along the way to Bristol...Kyle's non-stop yapping and Morgan's weary disposition....that's definitely a mismatch made in heaven😉🤣.

Since the first paragraph of this tale...had been waiting for Julian to fight back.To extricate himself from his cruel,selfish ,undeserving association called family..Am glad he finally does it...He finally decides to own himself. I like that he finally accepts that he never mattered at all...That he was just a place holder..Now he gets to be himself. That scene between Dean and Julian was just so beautifully solemn. Those two lads love each other unconditionally..That Dean chooses to end his friendship with Nathan shows how much Julian means to him. That right there is friendship goals🤣...A pity Deans bats for the other team. The most important part of this chapter for me is the last portion of.it...It shows us how each of these characters evolve through time... These boys grow into men.Dean,Aiden,Nathan,Julian all have evolved from when we first saw them..I had to read that closing part four times...It was so heart wrenching to experience Julian's metamorphosis. He is literally a phoenix rising from the ashes in that last scene ...Now I can say that the story has actually began...all the chapters before were the preamble🤣... Thank you @vanalas for this gem of a chapter .

This is yet another intriguing entry..and it's just chapter 2..I get a feeling we are in for a large dose of family drama and secrets...Dare I say it's going to be a blast .

What is worse than a conniption?..For I wager that is what the fervent Daisy will get...That Michael is a rebel without a cause...at 14..That is scary. Like you I also somewhat expected a two-spirit bomb in there... For some reason, I don't think Skye is that horrible...I think his vanity is some sort of armour for him..

That being said...I bet Jolanda must be rueing the day she sought out the darkness ...She realised in this chapter that she is merely a gnat in the grand scheme...I loved it. I long for he day when all the characters will converge and start taking the war to the forces of dark. they could really use a win...

It better be after ones of their 'fights'..when they are all sweaty and cooling down..

If I was to rate a chapter out of 10....This is a solid 10...It delivered everything and more ...The action, the emotional drama...the politics ..It was beautiful... In this chapter...that interaction between Madame Xue and Peter was Gold standard writing...I was not just reading ..I was experiencing the full gamut of emotions Peter was ...the hope and fear ....If it was tv ..that interaction would be Emmy award worthy.... The Dr. Wu and Andrew interaction was something else too....Andrew has never felt so vulnerable before. It must be scary to hear that your cognition has been impaired by someone ...that is the worst defilement one can be subjected to... The last part of the chapter was equal parts scary and thrilling for me...Will is scary...When he give the confirmation for the initiation of Project Samson...I was left,Like General Bradley, dumbstruck..

Oh I do have some more colourful words would use in reference to him...but Momma raised me never to be too mean...She stressed moderation😂😂...
