    Exactly ..and that is what frustrates me.. I feel he knows deep down it's trouble ...but then I think he is subconciously on some sort of ego trip...that two boys are interested in him .

    Oh Nick!..you keep messing up with the mixed signals ..The relentless need to feel accepted and make friends is going to cause trouble... I did not particularly like him in this chapter because he came off as a bit emotionally manipulative in his interactions with Jack...He knows how Jack feels about him and he keeps using it .Not to mention he also likes Jack but wants to have both Jack and Noah like him.. That is emotional irresponsibility of the highest order!. I know these are teenagers but that doesn't cut it anymore since he is smart enough to be studying philosophy..he should know better! Thank you for the update....and pardon my ranting today😉😂

    It's like each new chapter of this tale is a movie of its own. A genre of its own...The previous chapter was a combination of a family drama,action and romance. This new chapter is a thriller and a legal procedural...the contrast between the chapters make for an engaging read @Topher Lydon..... Thank you!

    Oh my Thalion is such a hoot!..when was reading his part...could decide if his cadence was like that of Dream(current Sandman series) or Rumpelstiltskin/Mr.Gold from the Once Upon A time series😂... Now am almost sad he has been introduced just as we approach the end of the story. .. .Thank you ....can't wait soon enough for next chapter!

    This chapter was so good...It had an awakening and a revival. It has been good to see Enrico tap into his still intact albeit highly concealed compassion when it comes to Ezra . it makes him human, very flawed yes but human.That makes him relatable even though he is on the 'wrong' side in this game of shadowy 'chess'... Reading the part where Jacob stirs was sort of cathartic for me....And he is just a story character😂😂 Thank you @Topher Lydon.

    Please tell me you didn't just make the guys suddenly acquire the telenovela bug ..you know like the heroes suddenly becoming stupid all of a sudden😂...It has not been hours since they talked about two kings being required for the sacrifice .Not to mention the sudden change of Ewan.That Rory and Keiran cannot see anything off?.. let me just enter my bed ..it's 3am here, lest I pull my hair 😂😂 Thank you!

    I actually agree with you on Luca/Jamie ...I feel like Luca is just so easy..so safe. Like Its those typical boy meets cute relationships..Sure they are perfect for each other...but the stakes are not that high. Nathan and Corey ....oh now that is epic....It is so beautifully chaotic yet so grounded. I have read that story thrice😂...and when you resume working on it ,I will be among the first people in the reading queue😂😂

    Well ..what have learnt from reading @Laura S. Fox's works is that she never adds a character for the sake of it ....there are some stories which you read and are left wondering why you bothered in the first place ...because ,Like you have said, some many characters are added who have no bearing on the plot. Makes you feel like you are watching a 2000s CW production.😂
