  1. Looks like someone shares my sentiments on that matter๐Ÿ˜‚
  2. Eh...you know@CasualWanderer82 is as unpredictable as an eclipse..I stopped making guesses when it comes to his work๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚....But will take your word for it....let's patiently wait...albeit with some anxiety.
  3. Indeed...just imagine the pain you have to endure ...to do that.
  4. Oh no...Nick and Adrian are definitely done. I meant does he deserve forgiveness.
  5. Yes he did....I like to believe those tears in the car scene are a lament for what has been lost....an attempt of a soul cleanse .
  6. Like I said before...this book has been educative for me...I have been lucky in my life I guess...I have never had the misfortune of being at mercy of a narcissist when it comes to romantic relationships. This book has however shown me that such people do exist. Usually when you have no experience ,you can never know how profound somethings are .This book has made re-evaluate the relationship or lack thereof that I have with my father.I would never have realised it before . Bobby will indeed start the healing .. Question for you....do you think Adrian deserves a second chance?
  7. I was just waiting for your take on this ..haha...and I somewhat expected your thought process would take this trajectory ...not that am telepathic though!๐Ÿ˜‚... Always happy to see your analysis...though lately they are becoming a bit brief...Losing your touch?๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
  8. We should all thank CW..I like that have this kind of discourse when the chapters come out..๐Ÿ˜‚...
  9. Yes..it is...just curious have you ever read a book and hoped for an ending where the protagonists do not end up riding into the sunset but rather at points where they are comfortable and fully healed .Peaceful alone?. CW once mentioned this book is meant to challenge us to see beyond right and wrong...I cannot believe am saying(personal opinion) this but Bobby deserves better....neither of these two men deserve to be in Bobby's life .Adrian was bad news..a narcissist indeed...but Nick. That's calculating....he must have poisoned Adrian over a long period of time. That's scary.!...No wonder in that scene even Adrian was ๐Ÿ˜ณ...Now see what CW has gone and made me become...am scared and it's just a book character ๐Ÿ˜‚
  10. Damn!...I said it before and am going to keep saying it...you have indeed outdone yourself...CW...I mentioned it before that Nick was not all that innocent, that underneath that polished veneer is a beast of a man. Reading this chapter reminded me of the song...'Human'...there is a part where she sings that she can take much until she cannot take more..These people are just so messed up ..eh. Adrian did really break them down...damn!...Imagine holding in all that resentment, bitterness and weariness all those years!. I had just had a thought...an epiphany of sorts.. This book is phenomenal...It's quite educative. Usually when am reading stories on this platform...it's mostly a sort of escapism. A way to unwind from the grind that is life in the 21st Century...When first read your books ,did not like that they dealt with incestous and toxic, angst filled relationships.I after all come from a society which acts as moral police of sorts...so that kinda tends to pretty much shape one's outlook on life .However I have since understood, from reading your books๐Ÿ˜€, that human emotion is complex. That emotions don't apply logic or have a set SOP. I have to admit it has been a bit of an eye opener. See, in the Science world we know what to expect when we mix certain formulae, reagents or algorithms.Your books however have disabused me of that notion when it comes to emotions and human behavior. There are no rules ,no logic, no formulae when it comes to tempering the human heart . You have woven a such a riveting tale of the human psyche that I almost feel like am in a class. A class that I did not pay for or expect and yet I find the thought of it ending makes me sad!. Thank you CW...May your imagination never wake!
  11. Definitely going to do that..

    Chapter 11

You seriously going to drive me insane with anxiety .haha ..now going to have to wait restlessly for the next offering .. Thank you!
  13. I thought so too ...he exhibits Agape love as demonstrated when they were together on that island like thing scene in the chapter.... Just curious...do folks really speak like that in the South?.or it's just a product of your imagination....I am just loving it๐Ÿ˜€
  14. To quote Marla-June..'ain't you the picture of tortured youth'..that observation, though made in jest, indeed pretty much describes Jackson..
  15. Guess it's true what they say...experience really is the best teacher๐Ÿ˜‚
  16. I believe he knows what he wants ..he is just scared to give in...and get burnt...the part below pretty much says what is the deal with Jackson....he is the kind of person who goes in full throttle ..while Blake is someone who just lives for the thrill of the conquest. Remember the sex scene in chapter 1...between him and Colton!?.. He ain't like you. He ain't built for this kinda mess. You walk around like you don't feel nothin', like folks are just places you stop off at on your way to whatever comes next. But Jackson?" Cash pointed in the direction Jackson had gone. "He feels everything. He don't know how to hold back. He trusts too easy. Loves too hard. He ain't like you. He ain't built for this kinda mess. You walk around like you don't feel nothin', like folks are just places you stop off at on your way to whatever comes. He ain't like you. He ain't built for this kinda mess. Chapter 3

What an ingenious plan!...Seems like everyone in that group has a past .Not to mention everyone seems to have their special brand of eccentricities ๐Ÿ˜‚. Thank you for the update!
  18. Oh no..I guess will have to be on the look out for a therapist!๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‚
  19. Indeed ..that was diving straight into the abyss with no way back...I was like this time CW will have to give me a pass..eh๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜‰
  20. Yes..though personally for me the first books were easy to read.Like you did not to need to make deep incisions into the characters to understand their psyche. I remember the first CW book I read was Brother-in-law and I did not need to re-read the chapters ..It was a straight forward case study of teenage angst and sexual identity crisis...the books just got more cerebral and, am inclined to add darker , with each new offering. Of his works, I deem Wayward brothers the darkest that I had to stay away from my for hours ...just to cleanse my mind after reading those chapters....
  21. Yet another chapter and with it another clue indeed.. I appreciate the warning you gave us..Each time I read a new chapter..go back and read from the beginning ..just to understand the hints better๐Ÿ˜€..Blame the scientist in me....we are detail oriented after all.haha If you do not mind me asking...is this going to be long read like some of your other works?..I mean the 30+ chapters ? Thank you!
  22. Between you and Cane23, don't know who to thank more for giving me the impetus to widen my scope of reading!. I have always steered clear of anything dealing with psychology but lately finding myself reading more about Psychology..Imagine have even started reading up on Freud and Jung...I always consigned such literature in the box titled 'Too cerebral for my taste'...Thanks you too am now trying to catch up!๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€
