I am inclined to believe that College Lyn only tolerated or engaged with Alexander because of Brad.

What was that?..I cannot even describe what am feeling right now ..I have read this chapter five times..just to make sure am not missing anything...Two chapters back I was praying for such an ending for these fellas and it's like the Literary Diety out there answered my prayers..😂. Adrian,Bobby and Nick all end up well. But Adrian..has finally found serenity.And what a journey it has been to witness this deeply flawed and wounded man finally undergo the metamorphosis I have been hoping for. He is going to stay with me long after @Casualwanderer82...I can only imagine how you felt writing the final scene of this chapter..Now that I think about it...Adrian is the equivalent of Sauron from the Lord of the Rings...he is on the periphery and yet his presence is overwhelming .Affecting everything in the orbit around him ...I swear this story would make for a good Literature book in class...It would be as fun as the discussion we read here . In the end this story ,for me, this story has been about the resilience of the human spirit and healing..We have to break in order to be mended. Darkness molds and tempers so that we can see the light. Healing can only happen if one lets go.If one understands that control is anathema to healing! Thank you so much...it has been such a wonderful journey into the chaotic but world of Adrian,Nicky and Bobby!

Eh...have you just started venturing into the Vanalas universe?hahaha...most of his characters(especially the co-male protagonist(s)) have a penchant for being frustratingly idiotic and annoying at the most important moments ....the villains are just beyond evil....the kind of villains you would want to kill,resurrect and kill over and over ..just for the sake of it .

Just know the frustration this chapter invoked in me is just off charts ...it's the hair-pulling type of frustration!. You are putting our boys through a grinder@Vanalas😂😂😆.....I know that it's all about the journey to the destination....but damn. I am almost inclined to sue you for emotional upheaval😆😆😆...I got invested in Alex and Gael from the moment you introduced Alex in the first book...I even coined a name for them in my head(Galex)...yes am that into them😂😂. Just earlier today was wondering how proud @CasualWanderer82 must be that this story has sort of become a beast of its own. That we each come with different perspectives and end up in such lively debates..Imagine yesterday slept at 3am, just because we were debating!... That is a mark of a true story teller😆😂

CasualWanderer82 is becoming a sage of sorts Like you @JohnHenry... My dad almost did a number on me ..Though am lucky his sort of abuse was mostly verbal and had my Mum to look out for me.. That being said ..this book resonated with me because it made me realise that I am not hopeless like he told me.

Looks like we keep forgetting the whole point of this story especially when it comes to Morality....hope you can have patience for your slow students Teacher😂😆
