In the end, Owain and Mhairi inherited a substantial amount from their grandfather and grandmother. Their father kept them in the dark and had delayed with a legal friend the provisions of the will to not be paid at age 21, but till his death, Owain is 38 now. Both siblings were incensed at the action of their dad. Money had been tight and it could have helped out.They may have to wait a year for the legal matters to be settled and any money to be paid. I appreciate how carefully the story of those from Seandra is unfolding. They are learning to adapt and have found out how much they stand out and how they must adjust to not attract attention, if they really can. It is not just they are royalty with unheard of powerful weapons and uncommonly skilled fighters, it is that they are children as Lew notes. They are shocking those around them . Garnet successfully changed into his true dragon form so he could best protect Xavier. Lucas helped him. With the help of a magic ring he now maintains the illusion of an Illorc or Orakin as he was termed at the end of the chapter. He will surprise any serious attacker. In his new form, he accepted Aegir to be his student in preparation to be a spirit warrior. The ending scene in Thane's 2 story lodge is stunning. The art and wealth and lifestyle displayed was other worldly. I am looking forward to the questions from Mablin and the answers from Xavier. Mablin does not know what to make of Xavier. I doubt Xavier can truth away from Mablin for much longer.

Let us see how our alchemist finds out about the venomous creatures and shifters. It sounds dangerous and he may leave the library. Will he find a colleague to help?

Being very focused, the boys and girl with parents visited a new museum and viewed another disk that helped them decide where to see the solstice in a few days. I am impressed with their investigative and team work abilities. The historical background and substantial tour guide information is very helpful. The youths are set up to find out more critical data about the disks and the past. It could be path breaking and might even impress the sponsors who arrive shortly.

Good for Toby. He found a gay friend with common interest in plants and ecology. They got to see older males act sexually in their workplace and accepted it a normal and still exciting. Who knows how they will act over time. Will they explore their common sexual interests? We will find out, I bet.

Things are looking up. Seth has his first boyfriend. Randy came out as bi to his parents and they were very fine with it.

What a touching story. Owain developed a few good friends who helped him when he needed it after his fundamentalist father threw him out for being gay. He went to college, worked hard, too hard and became ill. He has to slow done to live. He returned home to work for a part of his firm and has reconnected with his sister. She has divorced her pedophile husband and learned to become more independent thinking. Both siblings have to visit the lawyer tomorrow to hear the will read. Owain expects nothing and his sister very littles, The church should get most. But, a surprise might be in store. Something was mentioned about what was left by their grandfather who their father said died broke. Did he? Did their grandfather's estate own land which is now used by the new businesses and therefore is very valuable. Will the siblings' life turn around? I guess we will find out soon.

This chapter has answered many of my questions an left a few open. The Danvers family is one not to cross. Some minor worried/issues--Greg has a man madly in love with him and he is ignorant of him. Will this hurt his effectiveness by letting emotion get in the way? What will his dad advise when he learns of Greg's new role. His dad can help him center Brady. Greg understands he has no choice and he is willing to take on an enormous life changing task for some years. In the end his family will be better off even if he has a strong possibility of dying in a terrible way far away from London. "In exchange for the things I’ll do for my country, my family will have a good life. And that is all I ask in the wake of my impending death. I took the contract and signed it." Greg will start living a complex and deadly fantasy soon. I am very much looking forward to reading the next installment when you are ready. Thank you for what you have written so far.
