The way the story was written the just needed a spark or just luck for maybe two or even all three to meet at some point. I bet they would have more opportunities to get together in other ways than shown in his story. They would connect since are so close in age , attended the same high school at the same time and have no other sexual partner or close friend and are stuck in the town with limited job possibilities Garret kept looking across his workplace at his old high school classmate and he was intrigued by him. His life was full of pain and hate and Finn collected part of Garrets miseries. He did not see a mate or think about Finn in a sexual way. Any sexual playing from their meetings would be the glue that kept them in each other's mind. Garret's car broke down and Finn saw him and helped Garret to get his car to the shop late at night. Finn wanted to help this guy. They were not friends. Finn worked on the car and fixed it after a time. No final answers were proposed and the book ended The Estate is history for the main characters. They left it seeking a new life and an escape from their traumas. Yet, will history repeat itself? Riley spilt and will live and work elsewhere for his own sanity. Kieran and Lee nicely dressed are traveling to another town with a better location to set up a new kingdom, not connected to an estate or council housing. Ben freed is from police custody for lack of concrete evidence and with the help of a high powered lawyer(Ben has money) will not give them up. Ben will seek them out to maintain his role as emperor over them. Will Kieran finally take a stand and overthrow the Emperor? Thank you for this compelling story.
