    The Night Before

The Night Before relates a story all too common and familiar for far too many of us. Well written, thought-provoking, and hits right on the nerves.

    The Night Before

The next best thing was a black. Don’t take it the wrong way! It’s the way things are around here. WTF, dude seriously needs a wake-up call. Sadly, been there, too many of us have, and not just for skin color. Bigotry is alive and thriving. 😭
  5. When it All Seemed Okay, and the Storm Never Came provides the reader with a glimpse into the aftermath of two friends’ devastating experience. One asks, how will their friends move forward? First, though, who will be believed? As for the reader, what would you do?

    The Converstion

While I understand readers’ desire for a continuation, I also appreciate the author’s choice to end where they did. Personally, as someone who has been affected by a similar situation both personally and professionally, I am also interested in how others might react to such a revelation.
  7. A Blind Spirit tells the devastating tale of hatred faced by an innocent, lost soul.

  8. How The Boy Who Hunts Ghosts (...And Kisses Them) has managed to escape review is beyond surprising. LittleBuddhaTW provides readers with a sweet, tender tale of a young life violently stolen and the brave young man whose heart reaches across the great divide to discover the truth.
  9. Same, and while often unpleasant, it hasn't always ended well for the party overheard.
  10. Nope, no blame, but indeed a big thank you!
  11. I can already tell this is going to be one of those stories that leaves me disappointed when it ends. After all, don’t we all want great stories to continue? Journals found at a garage sale? Color me seriously impressed
  12. It’s those small statements one overhears from phone calls that are so telling.
  13. Not only is the story interesting, but the author’s responses to comments are intriguing as well. While The Art Of Letting Go is noted as fiction, it sounds like the journal entries are based on reality, which, frankly, would be totally believable. What a unique and engaging approach. Well done!
  14. Powerful beginning!
  15. A unique take on were-creatures and vampires, exploring a brotherly relationship as they face their own personal challenges.

    The Estate

The Estate is an eerie, unsettling, twisted tale of manipulation, telling the story of the King of Cradle Grove, a.k.a. Cradle to Grave. Who will survive and who will win? Or will there be a victor?

    Chapter 14

At $19 for a 12-pack, a bit pricey, but now I’m really curious. LOL Thanks for the heads up!

    Chapter 14

Cilantro in eggs? Eewww, nope! Ok, I love Mexican food, but eggs are not where that herb belongs. Now, as for tea, I have become addicted to Thai tea. A good, strong treat, iced or hot, yum.

    Chapter 12

The tie, that symbol of submission to court dates, job interviews, and funerals, had been subverted. Worn sloppily, voluntarily, it now meant: I am the law here. I am with him.... Then, Rye ...wearing the King's own skin... solid, dedicated, unadulterated tributes to the King, their King. Powerful
