  1. And here I was ready to write up a ton of advice for you Robbee
  2. I'll second the recommendation of Lem. It's a great story of the same quality. Don't be put off by the Nifty category 'young-friends'. I think it was miscategorized due to the first chapter or so. Most of the story deals in High School & later.
  3. Smearing through the ketchup on the way out was a bit crass
  4. Wow, I liked this story. Look forward to more. And really, a cliff hanger at the end of each chapter?
  5. Happy Birthday Dan!
  6. And then post the picture on FB!!!!!! 2) People who stack larger free weights over smaller plates (really, it is annoying. I probably spend more of my time at the gym arranging plates properly on the racks). Oh, and don't get me started on putting dumbells in their properly assigned spots. 3) Guys who use Axe (or some other body spray) in lieu of a shower
  7. I'd love to see dkstories's Dreams of Humanity Series on the big screen. The space battles would be awesome .
  8. Thanks for the link. I particularly like the recommendations/reviews for books & e-books
  9. It was fun reading this, I miss Vance. lol, I think he's still in his 20s.
  10. My dog Mina is 1/2 ACD. She's a great runner and jumper. If she's nipping at your ankles, that could be the ACD in her trying to herd you Have fun, he's a cutie!
  11. LOL. Don't get me wrong, I don't begrudge the reviewer his opinion. But if he/she/other rated Desert Dropping a 3.5 (on a 5 scale), then I'd be curious how the reviewer rated other stories here on GA. Personally, I think of Desert Dropping is in the top 10% of stories on GA.
  12. Jase is spelled with an 'S' not a 'C'
  13. If 'Billy' is really concerned about doing the 'Moral' thing, he can become celibate while he is using the resources as provided by his biological mother & father. I would suspect that the parents as you have described wouldn't consider Billy gay unless he acted upon it or performed a same sex act.
  14. Happy 26th Birthday Krista!!!! Don't forget to change your age in your GA profile. You're no longer 24 and in your early 20s. You're in your late 20s .
  15. Cia had a post yesterday stating that Dan's non-premium stories have been removed. But I don't see that post anymore.
  16. 2011 turned out to be the 'Year of Fitness' for me. I totaled everything up, and it's actually quite staggering now that it's all there in one place. Gym Workouts - 452 Running Sessions - 332 (for 2,117 miles) Rollerblading Sessions - 64 (for 644 miles) Road Biking - 48 (for 768 miles) --------------------------------- Total - 896 My main goal was running 2000 miles, so I was happy that I surpassed that. I'm going to tone things down a bit for 2012. For running, I plan on reducing my mileage to work on my speed. I also realize that I've neglected my social life, so I'll try to focus more on that instead of fitness. So within the next couple of days, I'll come up with my goals for 2012. Hope you all had a good 2011 and that you accomplished the things you wanted to. Take Care, Vic
  17. If anyone's looking for a good holiday read, Now's a good time to read (or re-read) Domluka's Under the Mistletoe . I've made it a tradition to re-read this time of the year. Happy Holidays! Vic
  18. That was a really nice start, I'd definitely read more if you pursue it. I also noticed that you're writing style/quality has change(improved - IMHO) over your earlier works. I've notice you're depending less on dialog to lay out the story. Thanks for sharing!
  19. I forgot to bring up a point of 'physical' cheating versus 'mental' cheating. Her husband may not have actually done anything physical, so technically he can 'deny' that he cheated on Gemma. But the fact that he's thinking or fantasizing about it would be an issue for me and one I would want to address.
  20. Happy Birthday Anya!!!! Whoooooo!
  21. Hi Gemma, You received some pretty good advice and Cia did an awesome job of putting into words what I was thinking. Just to reiterate, don't accuse or ask him he's cheating as that might just put him on the defensive. It might be best just to state what you heard and ask him something along the lines if he's attracted to men sexually. It might be easier for him to admit that (if it's true) than to state that he did something physically with another man. I'd be scared too, but I think if you don't address it sooner rather than later, the wondering and worry will eat at you. You'll end up holding these thoughts/questions in and then blowing up or screaming something out in a fight in the future that might not be constructive. If some of your fears about your husband are true, he owes it to all involved to be honest with himself and especially to you. Take Care, Vic
  22. I stopped at 'field strip' and got lost in my imagination

    The Zebra Puzzle

Yay! I hope using Excel to map things out visually wasn't considered cheating.

  25. Lol, I would have asked. You know me too well! I LOVE the green cherries, the more the better. I'm making mini-pumpkin cheesecakes (I posted a photo of them on the gallery), Cranberry/White Chocolate/Macadamia Bars, Mini-Pecan Tartlets, and something chocolately that I haven't figured out yet. Happy Thanksgiving!
