I love this new vampire world you have created & the journey you're taking us on in it. Greg obviously is quite powerful, but I get the impression we're barely scratching the surface of his abilities & strength. Kinda freaky he can mind talk with someone he hasn't met yet. That would be awkward. 😂

Nudest vampires, now that is something I can get on board with. 😂 Despite the prolonged reveal in the first series, this is well worth the wait. So Greg is a Baron, Billy his reluctant beta, and we have a potential prophecy to contend with as well. So looking forward to the next chapters. Well done sir.

OK, I'm gonna rip the band aid off and give an honest assessment. You mentioned in earlier comments that your readership was down. Most likely the simple reason is you have posted this story under the paranormal/vampire index and 10 chapters in we still have no fur or fangs. Your writing is great, don't get me wrong, but the reveal, IMHO, should've been in chapters 1-2 to keep us hooked and built the story from there. You are the author, so artistic licence is totally yours. As a avid reader of this genre I am only offering my humble advice.

Lord Arbour, that chapter was just capital. Brilliantly crafted with just the right amount of humour in what was a scathing will. It seems the Duke & Freddy were quite aware of what it would contain, although perhaps not the accurate put downs & assessment of their character that were woven into it. 😂 Not at all surprised that Grangers mother was firmly in his corner, she has gradually loosened up as the story has progressed. Perhaps she needs to treat her husband & Freddy as naughty children to rein them in after this. I look forward to reading that. 😀

I'm unsure how many times I've read this series, but it never gets old. Masterfully written, with histortic details, sans artistic licence, very accurate. I bring this up because when Earl St. Vincent became First Lord he had a hard on for corruption in the Royal Navy docks. You gave a reference to his displeasure in this chapter, which by all accounts is probably not far from the truth. 😄

You and I share a great love of British history. Whilst I am heartbroken at the death of our Queen, the nerd in me is eating up the unprecedented televised access to the accession of the monarch, and the pomp and cerimony that goes with it. The state funeral, a week Monday, will be something neither you or I have ever seen, or will likely see again. I will grieve the loss of a great woman, a monarch with poise and grace, but will appreciate the occasion, the history in motion.

I don't post much, but my heart is broken. We have lost the matriarch of our country, our Grandmother, our Queen. A woman who dedicated her life to duty and her country. She ruled with grace, humility and compassion. We will never see her like again. RIP HM Queen Elizabeth II

After all Noel did in the first book, something is terribly wrong. For all D's power, after he fawned over Noel, the sudden turnaround is bizarre. I don't buy the whole falling out of love thing, the man was and is besotted. I feel he's trying to protect Noel somehow, but doing it in a clumsy and offhand manner. Whatever is on D's mind, pushing his mate and in turn everyone around him away will lead to disaster. Was the first chapter a premonition, was that D scattering Noel's ashes? Is he now, in his own way trying to protect him? You have me hook and line. MORE NOW.

Deep down I believe Tobyn knows Kellar is his earth mate, but subconsciously is having a hard time pushing aside years of belief and conviction to actually admit it. The almost blind panic when Kellar just wanted to go get his truck cements that view IMO. Gotta feel sorry for Kellar though, he now knows exactly what's going on, but how long will it take for Tobyn to play catch up I wonder!

Damn, Adam certainly has more morals and ethics than I have. Reckon a harem of fit, baby oil covered men would be top of my list! Well done on an interesting story though. It's good that Adam's every thought doesn't get everyone around him doing exactly what he wants, that would make for a very uncomfortable life. Even for those of us who are morally corrupted, that would get old very quickly. Looking forward to the next chapter.

This story just gets more intriguing. One curious thing I picked up on in the dialog with Sybil, she said bonded mates become more powerful. Could it be that Tobyn actually needs to form the bond with Keller to cure the Malaise for the shifters, that maybe by himself he just wont be powerful enough! It took the pair of them to cure the Leukemia, surely it stands to reason that a disease that threatens the very existence of shifters will take some very powerful magic to cure! Looking forward to seeing how my own seering abilities pan out, or if I should keep playing with my balls. Crystal ones that is!! Thanks for a wonderful story so far.

Sasha & Nick sitting in a tree, K.I.S.S.I.N.G. Seriously tho about time, sexual chemistry between them is off the charts. Well done you on the build up, now for the main event. lol (kidding) May I just say, this is a compelling story so far. Well constructed & written and so very different to stories I've read in the same genre.
