Loved the chapter, but felt a bit cheated that you didn't include a few words in the part when CJ went out exploring the town while Ozzie practiced. The words: "Went by an auto parts store and stopped for a tail light."
CJ is always so responsible so I guess it could be assumed he took care of it. Maybe it's just me being needy to have it specified...
Thank-you! You are very welcome.
As a side note:
Every time I come back I see things I should fix...and that is part of my problem. The follow-up story to this and Dean Warner keep changing and I seem to be getting nowhere fast, so it may still be quite a while before I get anything else posted....
Fugly will never understand just how juvenile, Maria's daddies can be...
Outside of that observation, I like how they gave some thought to how Raymond handled things and of course, the shopping was a hoot.
The opening to Mahler's 2nd symphony to me ranks as one of the best. Solti and the CSO has my favorite version and I've had it on CD for over 30 years.
Here is the opening courtesy of youtube. If you have decent speakers go into settings and select the HD version
The St. Louis Symphony plays at Powell Symphony Hall, it is not only gorgeous, it has some of the best acoustics of any concert hall in America.
And below is a picture of the Grand foyer...champagne anyone?
An easily accessible extra pocket for a cell phone----what a great idea!
It's too bad HRC didn't have several real CJ' s especially in Michigan and other states she needed...
Patrick coming out to CJ captured the angst and trepidation which is still so overwhelming...Well done!

If no one is complaining about the sex scenes, I think it's safe to assume your readers found them hot.....or at least inoffensive! I seldom mention the sex scenes in a review or comment. If something really bothered me or it read like it was fake, I'd P.M. the author instead. DDK
LIam should press charges and Alek should see about getting the asshole kicked off the team if he is a member. While Liam didn't exercise much judgment in goading the homophobic prick, the last thing he needed was another punch to the head....
Outside of John and his group, the rest seem at least to have a some modicum of sense.
Alek shouldn't let Liam go to sleep too soon, check Liam's pupils and make sure he doesn't have any more alcohol.
Finally got to read this on phone and of course loved every part of it including Ritchie, the Springsteen reference, the wedding explanation and I laughed out loud at the orange telatubby comment. Well done!
