  1. I like how your mind thinks. Plots, scenarios, possibilities just stream by. Keep reviewing. I'm enjoying them immensely!
  2. Perhaps in the context of living in a fairly small town with a low crime rate and everybody into everyone else's business, it did suck in a big way for Dean.
  3. I don't remember writing anywhere that Dean was interested in a casual intimate relationship....

    Fall semester

Bruno was motivated by money and was very good at writing code for encrypting data, and data transfers. The mob is very good at using front companies, many doing mostly legit business to launder money and acquire other things.

    Epilogue

Thanks for taking the time to read my story and review. I really appreciate it. I do have some other stories in the works.

    Another Gunshot

I should have provided a map of the area. Ash street curves gently and the houses are fairly far apart. I think I mentioned 60 feet in the story, so they are angled slightly.
  7. EPILOGUE Dean finished out the semester wearing the vest. While sweaters worked in March and April, he had to get some looser Polo's for May. With no new threats, and at the concurrence of the FBI and his personal security, he shed the vest after the end of the semester. He enrolled in the summer session and took twelve credit hours and studied constantly. With the fall semester he officially became a senior in college. He did buy a 2008 Prius for his twenty-second birthday and enjoyed
  8. A feel good story inspite of the darker elements in the genesis of Al. I love happy endings and this story warrants
  9. Isn't it amazing how much more interesting your life becomes when you have a child? Everything takes twice as long and involves at least three times more preparation. Despite the less than perfect lunch it seems that the group did have some great memories of weekend away which is all you can ask for!
  10. I could never do that woman's job or frankly be a teacher in a middle school. I'm afraid I'd be up on charges for assaulting a juvenile, the first time a little sh*t mouthed off at me.

    Yesterday's Law

I'm still not sure our young hero and his soulmate actually realize much of what is going on. And I surely have a ton of questions. The timeline is starting to come into place. He went into stasis two days before the outbreak of the virus. But exactly how long ago was that?

    NSA Solution

Thanks Lisa for all your kind comments and reviews. They really make my day. The epilogue is short and coming this weekend!
  13. Chapter 23 NSA Solution Their new security guy called and came by the next morning. Jeff Talbot was nothing like Bruce Schuetz. He was all business and tried to impress them that he was in charge and they would do things his way. He was very overbearing to the point of being rude and talked to the two men as if they were children. Finally John had enough and asked him to leave which was met with some resistance on the part of Jeff. John was thorou
  14. 94 degrees here in the American midwest, but the promise of rain tomorrow!
  15. This morning's post of a new chapter was very welcomed indeed! It seems our handsome George has another few in his debt.

    Chapter 9

    Thanks for my Granger fix!
  17. Cassie, it sounds like you had a great time and got to see some of the neat stuff there.
  18. Chapter 46 is all about Will and is a fun read. The booking of the flight from hell was hilarious to read. More importantly, Brad found a therapist that Will can relate to and that can only benefit them both!

    Chapter 46

Will booking the flight from hell was hilarious. Somehow I think there may be some repercussions, but nothing he can't deal with. Brad finding Will a therapist that Will can relate to was a breakthrough. Probably great news for both of them. While Will is bright, it does help to have someone guide you a bit through the sorting out process. I give the chapter
  20. WOW! It seems Christian is about to have another break through event and while it's about time, it's still wonderful! Great chapter. Loved every little bit of it!
  21. Yes you left hints as to how she would disable Sanchez and decapitate poor Billy. The chapter was singularly unsatisfying although masterfully constructed and written. The witch prevailed throughout and made it look easy which was terribly bad luck for Billy and Sanchez. I certainly hope the dastardly witch comes to an end most foul, and soon!

    Epaulet Mate

Well Sanchez met his gruesome fate at the hands of Bridget. Somehow, it doesn't make me happy. It was all too easy for the witch and still she plots and stirs the pot in her schemes against Trevor and his boats. No cliffies in this chapter, but the evil witch is still alive and kicking and using people like napkins. Poor Billy! Although his demise was easily foreseen, his reward was a head shot, decapitation and mutilation. The witch truly deserves to be boiled, very slowly, in extra virgin olive oil and then fed to the fishes.
  23. You just can't trust those computers. Tracking is done by more websites than you know--including GA!
  24. Chapter 22 Spring Break 2008 The next six weeks went by fast. The plans were made. They had told their parents they were going to Daytona Beach Florida and driving and didn't have any plans as to where they were staying but could be reached on their cell phones. They packed lightly but included Dean's PC laptop and drove off in John's vehicle and went to the airport in Indianapolis and got on a Southwest Airlines flight and headed to Tex
