I can't say much more then the four folks who beat me here *spent the day with a sick and annoying cousin* but I wanted to stop in anyway. The puppy anology was very cute and very creative and the ghost stories had me laughing, except that first one which left me slightly confused lol but it was good none the less. I agree with Nephy and Amelia the most, i can't wait to see what Case does with the whole 'I'm a lesbian" and 'he just came out so be nice' things. Nephy you are devious and diobolical, and I LOVE you for it. Reading the summery for the chapter and then getting clsoe to the end OOOOOG you had me scared to go fearing Silver was gonna backslide or something...un-healthy as River puts it. But I loved it. You had me worried at that part with the Dr. too, I was worried kevin had told him, who by the way i might have strangled toward the end of the chapter had I been River lol. I'm happy for Julia getting well enough to get out of the house and start living on her own, but I feel for Silver, *loosing* such a close friends at such a pivitol point, but I'm sure he'll adapt. I just read through all four chapters of this story. As always I found it very enjoyable. It has, as most all of you Book of Heros work I have read, left me wanting to know more about the characters and their story; especially considering this one was so short lol. Hey Nephy, sorry its taken me so long to get here. I loved the most recent chapter. Silver's history was just heartbreaking. When you first mentioned David and the way you described how Silver had painted him I expected some sort of a close relationship, lovers I hadn't quite expected but I really should have given the theme of the story, i mean like you had River say, they expressed their feeligns the only way they knew how. I feel so much more then that but I can't really put it into words yet, I loved the chapter and i love this story. I think they should respect the families wishes and keep the video to themselves. Beside I see no reason why it needs to be released anyway. I think they should consider using as part of their training for other trainers but I see no purpose it would serve being shown to the general public. Just my opinion. Best Wishes, NightOwl

I sympathize with you BZ one of my *Sisters* writes Lesbian and Bi stories and i've been looking for a place to help her showcase her work. I too had considered Nifty but once you post there you're sorta stuck cause it can't be removed with a crud load of hastle. To me, and I could be completely wrong here, it means that by letting ourselves be controlled by fear we are not only demeaning ourselves but our brothers and sisters as well. Each of us has the power to be a strong postive force in the world, if only in a small way, but by abdoning that power because of fear we slip in to apathy, monotony and dissconnection. Instead of standing up for ourselves and others and the world itself we allow fear to brow beat us into a state of non-action as we watch the world and civilization slowly crumble into dust to be scattered by the winds of time and decay. OMG I love the Police Academy movies they are some of my favorite lol. I am sorry, but as bad as I make things for Billy I will always counter them with something just as nice. Trust me what William is up to is worse then a cheating spouse, but then I could use that too...maybe lol. The Ma'am and Sir thing...it's regional but it also depends on the culture and social climate of the area, in my area its mixed. I never grew up calling my family Ma'am or Sir but it is something I have gotten into in recent years, especially with my Grandmother my mother and my aunts. i don't think I have ever called anyone Sir. Int he burbs around here its not really common but with folks who own farms and what not in the out lying county it is. In Billy's case its strange. He calls his mom Ma'am as a show of respect and his father Sir out of fear and intimidation. I guess its really just depends on the area an dhow you grew up. Best Wishes, NightOwl.

Cia, glad you stopped in, as always. I am glad you loved the chapter, i knew that you would. I needed David to be a hard ass with a heart of gold int his chapter because that is exactly what Billy needs. He need someone who will make him face his issues without throwing them back in his face, someone who will hold his hand through the hard stuff but not do the hard work for him. Davids mom and her actions are pivitol to the story, he had to have lost someone in order for Billy to really trust him since that is his worst fear, loosing the ones he loves over being gay. William, he certainly is a shady one isn't he, that gets murkier in the next chapter, stay tuned lol. Annie is far wiser then she lets on, which is good, very good, considering that is exactly what she needs right now. The river scene might have been my favorite in this story, seeing David getting WHOOPED by Sam made the whole scene worth while. I also enjoyed the inter-play between David and Billy lol. I may have worded Chris's part a little offly, it was supposed to show him reading more into Davids actions and words then David wanted him to see. Bimbo, I love that word, I must make a note to use it later on. I assure you that Sam will never being a bitch, but she is the good kind, She's like Glenda the good Witch while Candy...well she might get squashed by a house later. I loved the recent chapter Cia. I feel sorry for Pres'lin, loosing his grandfather like that. Darea was in perfect form though, knockhing him out, I loved that part. Katyra and Mcdonner, i think she has met her match in this one. He is, at the same time, both her equal and also her surpasser in vile and dominance, I love it. Perhaps she should have seduced some one more easily controlled. THe race is begun, i look forward to it. Pres'lin is lucky to have Darea, she might keep him from getting himself killed...but I wonder what he would do if he found out he had touched Bel'loc, albeit unwillinging and unknowingly... Hey yall, This is something that has been bugging me recently. I wonder if there is anyone out there that has ever missed anyone that they have enver met, and heres why I ask. My mothers dad died when she was just six or seven years old so it is pretty obvious that I have never met the man, but since I was I was a little boy I've missed him. As far back into my childhood as I can remember I've wanted to know him, and that was before I even knew anything about him or his life, I knew he had existed and I wanted him, pure and simple. That desire has grew steadily over the years into something of an obbsession. I have dug through my Grandmothers photo albums for pictures of him, talked to my Aunt and had hes druge up as much information about as she could remember about and have even made plans to go to Kentucky this Summer and see his grave and try to talk to his little Sister *the last living member of his family beside his off spring* and I'm told she's half crazy. The point I am trying to make here is that while I accept that I am missing him, desperatly, I don't understnad why. I mean my fathers father died when I just a baby, infact it was his dieing wish that I be babtized in the Catholic church but I don't have this insane to desire to know him so why my mother Father? I feel as if visiting his grave is something that I don't just want to do but something that I NEED to do, almost as if I there is something that is pulling me there. No in my family really understands me on this, most infact think its foolish to get this hung up by a man that I never met but they don't get it, (not that I do either). I'm not even sure my Grandfather would like me if he were alive today, I'm a lot different than the sons he raised, a lot different than what was considered 'acceptable' back in his day. I like to think though that we'd have some stuff in common, he was an English teacher for part of his life and loved being out doors and English and Ecology are some of my favorite topic's and I love to go hiking and being outside. I guess I'll never really know for sure though. I seem to have rambled a bit here but I made my general point. Is it wierd to miss some on you've never known, has it ever happened to you?
