  1. I'm glad that I'm not such a minority on this issue but my first kiss, for either gender; wasn't such a big deal. The girls name was Chyanne, the daughter of my cousins' friend. Looking back I'm not sure how it happened but we ended up making out on my cousins couch one day lol. It was an...experiance...but nothing spectaculer. Michael was the first dude I ever kissed, it was a sweet moment but given that I was in NO way attracted to him it wasn't any big deal for me. The fact that he decided the first kiss should take place during SAW 4 didn't help the ambiance.
  2. I'm with Nephylim on this, I'm a candle freak. My favorite scents are like sweet ones hazelnut, toffe, stuff like that. My mom and I do burn an evergreen scented one every Christmas Eve....not sure why though.
  3. Wow....there were a lot of movies when I was a kid....I think my favorites were the Aladin Movies from Disney though. I loved Carpet and Genie.
  4. Trust me dude I can say that and be completly honest. Ihave had 3 serious relationships since I came out, that never lead to the bed room, there is also no place the four surronding counties where a gay guy can go to sociallize without worring about getting his butt handed to him by a group of rednecks lol.
  5. That is pretty funny, like James said though, most everyone likes a good hook up. I have no first hand experiance in the matter but I've heard the story enough times from my friends. Most of them always say "Dude I don't know how it happened, one sec were talking and next second our hands are down eachothers pants." Its a pretty common occurance, gay or straight lol.....though I prefer to stay way from the straight versions....the few straight guys or chicks I know tend to be WAY too detailed.
  6. MMM MMM MMM a woman after my own heart.
  7. You know remove the cheese from that equation and I think I just might be able to get in on that one lol. I'm a pork and poultry head so my favorite sandwhich is actually pretty basic. Sliced chicken *or a thin chicken breast* with a few strips of lean bacon on whole wheat with lettuce, raw spinach, tomato, onion *red onion when I can find it* with either mayo, lite ranch dressing or hot & spicy mustard. MMMM Fired peanut butter and onion sandwhiches are the BOMB too but its been YEARS since I've had one, i can't make it and its like pulling teeth to get mom to do it lol. Nightowl
  8. I agree with you there CIA. I'm not a fan of the Bible in any form but to burn them as "Satans works" is going a bit far. Personally I don't see what the Reverend and his followers hoped to accomplish by such an action. I mean I am sure they had some *glory to God* mentality about the whole thing but logically what did theyhope to accomplish. Instead of making them Martyers for *the cause* this action will likely turn more people AWAY from their idiology then it attracts.
  9. I've gone around barefoot since I was kid, I'll even walk aroudn the yard barefoot when the weather is warm. I've gotten into this habbit of walking round in socks when I'm at home though, I just hate feeling my feet constricted. lol
  10. Its the same way with my stories too. I still write a lot when I am not at my pc, I have terrible penmenship to so I write to try and make it better. A lot of my poetry is still in note books. If Im away from my pc I'll write down any ideas or scenes that come to me and just type them in later. I don't notice a difference in creativity with writing versus typing, it all seems to the same to me lol.

Hello rknapp, its good to meet you, newbie here lol. Welcome back to GA.
  12. Happy Birthday NEPHYLIM!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I first saw that it was your B-day I wanted to see how much it would cost to kidnap Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman for you but it was WAY outside my price range so I hope the simple happy birthday will do....this time around
  13. Awhile back I saw a story for it on Nifty Arthur and Merlin was its title, I don't think it was complete though, it was in teh celebrity section. If I come across it I'll post the link. I really enjoyed the show and I hope to get to see the second season of it.
  14. Happy Birthday Sir Galahad I hope its a great one.
  15. Yea same here lol, I looked at this last night and thought it would be pretty cool.
  16. There are really only two songs that make me cry, one of them goes all the way back to my childhood. "Walk a little Straighter" By Billy Currington. It talks about a boy growing up with a distant, alchoholic father. My dad wasn't/isn't an alchy but I can relate to the feeling of gorwing up wondering if my dad ever really loved me. "How can I help you to say goodbye" By Patty Loveless. The song deals with a women having to say goodbye to various important people in her life, her best friend as a child, her divorce from her husband and ultimatly the death of her mother. I can't listen to eaother of these songs without just completely breaking down. Maybe my cousin is right, i do need therapy lol.
  17. Nephylim have I ever told you that I love how intense you are? I myself have never seen the movies, or read the books for that matter; but I have had conflicting reports as to the quality of the movies. I wouldn't mind meeting Edward Cullen either, though for vastly different reasons .
  18. Hmm maybe its just me but I'm getting the feeling that you don't like Twilight all that much Nephylim lol. Happy Halloween, Blessed Samhain, and All Saints Eve everyone. Best Wishes, and bad Dreams lol. NightOwl88
  19. I can't really offer you advice as to why you still think about her dude, only sympathize cause I know what you mean. When I was younger (before the whole gay realization thing) I was friends with a girl named Whitney. We weren't even best firends just really good ones. We moved away from eachother before any sort of desire could be felt by either of us but to this day I still think about her, more so then a lot of my friends I had back then. I dunno why I just do, I miss her too. Like I said, its not help to you but its something similer.
  20. I can't wear ball caps or *fashion* hats because my head is too big lol. The only hat I ever wear is my tobagan, which I look pretty tuff in lol. I wouldn't mind being able to wear a ball cap, especially when i'm outside or go walking or hiking, but I've priced ones that would fit me online and its stupid to spend that kind of money lol.
  21. There are a few too many songs for me to list lol. But a few recent ones that make me smile are 'Bonfire' By Craig Morgan, and 'Runaway' By Love and Theft.
  22. That is...kinda creepy lol. I eat fast food maybe once or twice a weeks, but its vary rarely mcdonalds, I prefer tacobell or burgerking lol.
  23. My condolence's and prayers go to you and your family. Lossing a loved one so young...I can't imagine. I am truely sorry.
  24. I can't say i know exactly what you are going through, my older brother and I never got along, kids or adults. The question you posed in the title Should I or Should I not is easy, you should. I speak from experiance, if you let this stuff seep and fester in your relationship you'll regret it. My advice isn't much different then anyone elses you've had so far. Appologize for the fight that occured, make sure he knows that you still love him and tell him you want things to be better between the two of you again. If he gets angry or hostile don't respond in kind, don't ignore the fact that he's angry but don't respond out of anger. If things don't go well the first time then tell him that you'll always be there for him if he needs to talk, let things settle for a bit then try again. Always be as positive as you can be, if he insults you accept it and move on, if he threatens you don't show fear, and if he attacks you walk away, but always make sure he knows you still care. Best Wishes, Nightowl88.
  25. I remember that, The Lord of the Rings is one of my favorite series. Tolkien drew on a lot of old legend and fact when he wrote the series, especially where the culture of the Shire was concerned. Before homsexuality came to be regarded as immoral it was quite common place in the old Roman, Greek, Sumerian, and Celtic tribes. Women had their place in the tribes/villiages as did men and children. It wasn't uncommon for Men and Women to develop close, loving bonds even if married to a member of the opposite sex it was actually encouraged to strengthen the bonds of the tribes/villages. I guess thats just my take on it. NightOwl88
