That really was an awesome chapter. It was sweet and charming and gave a lot of insight into the characters. Matt at the airport was hilarious.... exactly as I was once ... although not at an airport I love this story so much... it's fun, it's exciting, it's outrageous and it's full of sex. The funny thing is that although there is sex in ever chapter... and let's face it one session is much the same as another... it never gets boring... you never thing.. hey I've read this before... Absolutely... there really was no way for either side to win that arguement. It was sad becuase it was inevitable from the very beginning that Matt was going to get hurt... well done everyone, and especially Lou for doing what they could to make it easier for him. It would be easy to say that he is better of rid of them... but to all intents and purposes they are his family. It isn't going to be easy to resolve this... and yeah, Brian is way beyond redemption now.

It has to be said that it is a mark of the genius of the writing that people are getting so worked up about the possibilities. It is as if the characters are real people. And I have to admit that I am as guilty as anyone of thinking of them in that way. Mark's characters are so well rounded that it is easy to look behind the words on the page to things such as backgrounds, psyche's etc and look for and see things that are outside the scope of the writing. I am not going to speculate on what has happened to Wade or what is going to happen to him because I know that eventually we are going to find out and that whatever it is will be believeable and 'right' for the characters and the story. In the meantime I am so enjoying the ride... not just in the story but also in the duscussions. It's awesome.

It's like that in court. i have been stabbed in the back so many times before the judge by people I had thought were friends that i'm immune to the blades now. It's hard when that happens and it isn't about how it turns out, or why it happened... it's about the betryal.. the feeling that someone you thought you knew let you down, someone you respected didn't deserve it. I feel for you. I hope he realises how stupid he was.

Yeah... I liked this chapter a lot although there was a lot of sadness in it I thought. Danfield is hiding something pretty big and I just hope that Matt is mature enough to handle whatever it is better than he handles it's effects on Wade.

Bottoming is okay but I prefer to be on top... I like to be in control... not that anyone here would ever have guessed that right? Back to the sleeping bag... I am wondering whether they recreated the smell...

you've really come a long way, even in the time I have known you. Maybe you should try reading over some of your own blogs to see how far forward you have moved. You have to be careful though... too much stress is not good for anyone. If you are overloaded look for help... as much as it might not seem like it there is always help somewhere from someone.. it's just asking the right people... you have to kiss a lot of frogs to find the prince. On a practical note... lavender may help with the headaches... if you can afford it get a good quality essence and you can do a lot with it... put some on your pillow to help you sleep, a few drops in your bath to help you relax... if you don't want to smell of it put it in a diffuser instead or a few drops on a handkerchief... it is also the very best thing in the world for burns. Another thing you could try is chamomile tea.. it tastes vile but if you sweeten it with honey it's not so bad. If you are able try meditating, even five minutes here and there, concentrating on tensing and relaxing each of the muscle groups in your body starting at you feet and moving up to your head. It helps with the physical symptoms of stress and it also helps clear your mind.

James you are awesome. You're right... we've all screwed the pooch... not the same one obviously but hey... Family relationships are hard. Maybe you should ease up on your father and accept him for what he is, even if that is a complete asshole, instead of beating youself up wishing he was someone, or something else. The fact that you have accepted you made a mistake at all is awesome and majot cudos to you. Too many of us spend too much time trying to convince others and themselves that they were right, and not accepting the consequences at all. That makes you special. It seems that there are people around you who see that. Turn to them and take what you need to recover, turn away from those who are simply adding to your pain until you are strong enough to face them again and THEN tell them how they failed you. As has been said before... someday they are going to be in the same position and you will be the strong one.

The left (in latin sinistra) path is the path of the moon and, coincidentally the path of the feminine mysteries. In ancient, and not so ancient, times left handed people were considered to be posessed by evil and many (my ex included) were forced by their parents to suppress their left handedness and to learn to use their right hands at a very young age.
