A part of Cia's 'Flash Fiction' challenge for the GA Newsletter, this short 'one-shot' story details the experience of a gay sibling coming home from college to meet his younger sister's boyfriend for the first time. Is he imagining things, or does he see more of himself in this boy than he expected?

A short, one time, story about a boy's obsession with a former close friend as they begin to grow older. Keeping track of someone on social media can, occasionally, be just as much of a curse as a blessing.

Imagine your perfect life. What’s it like? Are you rich? Are you popular? Do you have a million cars? Well 17 year old Teddy Haner doesn't have to imagine. Being student body president, and captain of his lacrosse team…he has everything! However when a new mysterious friend flips his world upside down, and starts to ascend to stardom, he finds that there’s a lot more to life than popularity.

I had never kissed anybody before tonight.

Something about it was so electric. So surreal. I kept trying to use enough of my practiced sense of teenage 'cool' to determine whether or not this whole experience was really happening to me...but my mind kept drifting off, mid thought. Carried away by the powerful current of untapped hormones and unexplored feelings within me. Dizzy. Lost. Swept up in the undertow of a moment for which I had no previous precedent.

Ryder is good looking, popular and on the top of his football game. At fifteen what more can a teenager want? When his dad a legendary coach takes a new coaching position his life is uprooted, and so is the past that starts to take a toll on Ryder.

Kendall, at 25, puts all his cards on the table and walks away from his best friend, Michael. Being a cop hasn't prepared Michael for the hit he takes. Is there a way back for these two?

But after a rogue night with Marcus, indulging in long buried temptations, Andy can no longer ignore the truth about who he is. Can he come to terms with his sexuality without abandoning his faith? Will Marcus stick around while Andy learns what it means to be a gay Catholic?

This was an amusing project Skinnydragon and I started almost a year ago. In it, characters from two of our stories spent a day together. Skinny asked me to complete the story, but it has taken me a long time to do so.
