My second story, it is about a High School graduate and his group of friends. It is likely another roughly written story, I was most definitely still trying out the whole writing thing when I wrote it. So I know some things may be unclear or confusing. But, like I said, early work. So I hope at least some people can enjoy it. First posted in 2003/2004, I was in High School at the time.

On the Global Explorer, science, espionage, and environmental activism meet Sea Cadets enrolled in a United Nations science program. The goal of the Explorer’s crew? To save the world from global warming, widespread hunger, pollution, post-Soviet Russian thuggery, and a myriad things adults created but that their children must solve.

Fantasy places contain beings who feel, love, hurt, and dream. These expressions have as many different perspectives as there are in this world. Gaia-Town is a collaborative project that seeks to give you characters and stories that entertain and challenge you. Not everyone in Gaia-Town is honest or true and sometimes that makes for surprising situations. What it hopes to do is question our perceptions of that world, and therefore ours as well.

Taranis is an elven ranger who lives with his wolf Fearghas in the Duranic Mountains. He hides many secrets and wild rumors circulate around his person. This story is a living, breathing thing that feeds off more than my ideas, so expect surprises, twists and unexpected turns.

But Dr Klein is about to find out that things are not what they seem, and that the Leonidas may become his tomb.
