Heat is an tool for setting off chain reactions in chemistry. Given the right amount of radiation and other set parameters, it causes radical changes in the subject material. We also are affected by heat, though of a different type. Watch as Marc experiences the kinds of changes he needs to move on with his life.

Something I wrote a while ago (of course). It is based loosely on something that actually happened. An awkward moment in time. The sort of thing that can have in impact for years though you may not know it at the time.

Two and a half centuries ago, men ventured into the wild unknown north and west. They trapped and traded for furs, often gone from civilization for months and years at a stretch. This is one tale from what was once called the Inland Empire.

A romance suggested by the song "Waltzing with Bears," a song by Dale Marxen adapted from the Dr. Seuss song of the same name. Although the "present day" of the story is 2011, the events related in it take place in the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s.

When you combine a teenage boy and darkness that wants him, you get a rather interesting mix.
