After the death of our parents in a train crash while on holidays, my younger brother and I are separated, he went to live with Uncle Frank and Aunt Kitty, while I went to live with our grandmother, who was getting on a bit now and needed some assistance around the house. After the sudden death of Gran, which was just short of my 18th birthday, I continue to live in the Flat at the back of Grans home, and continue attending my final year at school. That is when events started to happen that changed my life forever...

Charlie Danner Finds His Way is a spinoff of Stitcher, my most recent story. Charlie is a secondary character in that story but quickly became a favorite of my readers. While you don't have to read Stitcher to become fully engaged in Charlie's story, it would be helpful as there will be many connections made between the two stories. Charlie is a special guy. I fell in love with him, too!

Forced to leave home at the age of seventeen, soon after my parents learnt that I was gay, I worked part time while studying at university, until I received a brief text message from my older brother, informing that our parents were killed. Having recently lost his father from a mining accident in Northern Western Australia, twelve year old Hunter Mitchell along with his much younger brother Fraser learnt from their mother, that we may be moving to her ancestral home of the Cook Islands, in the central Pacific. This meant that Hunter would be leaving his good friends, especially his best friend Jacob, who along with his father and older brother, took me on a sailing trip onboard a racing trimaran, to help me stop thinking of the loss of my father, and had an awesome time.
