Noah likes to take things day by day, splitting his time between working at a souvenir shop and hanging with friends at the beach. When his girlfriend breaks up with him and tells him she is moving away, he is left utterly confused. Luckily, he has his best friend Leo to help him get through it - whether it’s by taking him out for dinner, listening to his complaints, or giving him some tough love. Why is Leo always so good to him anyway?

This story is about Ryan, a very straightforward boy that goes on vacation with his mother. He then sees a pompous family getting on the same flight as him. He hates those rich families, especially the kids who never had to do anything in their lives. But, could certain circumstances change his opinion about that family? This story follows Virgil and Sam, two teen boys who were unaware of each other’s crush on the other, on their sexual discoveries and journey. With a bunch of other interesting stuff that happens along the way to them and their friends. Those that know my work know that interesting will take many forms.

It’s also different from any of my other stories because it is told from multiple points of view. Many characters act as the narrator over the course of the story. I was told this format/style doesn’t work, but I decided to let you all judge for yourselves. I hope you all enjoy it, whether for the first time or not.

Oliver is an Asian American teenager who struggles with his sexuality as he falls in love with his best friend Cody. He lives in a small town where he attends high school and plays baseball and basketball as he learns who he can trust as he comes out of the closet.

Hunter and Dale are all set for the next chapter of their lives; parenthood. Having just moved to Cedrich Falls, a small town in the Midwest, they become fast friends with their neighbor. After taking in two kids in need, they soon find themselves up against the towns self proclaimed authority on what is morally right.

Shawn slips, falls, and dies, but his mind is transferred to himself in an alternative universe. The humans in this universe are far in advance of what he knew. Merged with an AI system, Shawn must explore this seemingly utopian world as he goes off to college only to discover a dystopian reality and military dictatorship. He was given a system that allows him certain skills or abilities and lets him improve those the more he uses the system, similar to a video game; some involve sex. Will he be able to level up fast enough to save himself, his new friends, and potentially the human race? Or, could the stakes be even higher than that?

Jacob continues his journey to form new bonds with his brothers while struggling to find his place after awakening to a brand new world. Will newfound friendships be broken? Will his first real love be lost? Those are the heart-wrenching questions Jacob must face with the ever-present fear of losing himself to light and shadow.

This is book 5 of the New Reality series. I don't recap, so if you haven't read the first four, you will be lost.
