Chip Andrews was living a great life with an accepting family and a loving boyfriend. Though not everyone had a fortunate life after people known as time shifters began escaping into this world from the supposed future. Chip was a champion for these people; however, things start to become complicated after encountering his childhood friend, Topher Maguire which quickly leads to a domino effect. They both have a lot of baggage that involved their once close friendship with Chip suddenly becoming a target by unknown forces as Topher continues his search for the truth while protecting the man he once loved. Michael (18) has just graduated from high school in the small town of Vimy, Assiniboia. Life has been predictable and his parents counsel him to make responsible choices about his future. His sister comes home for the weekend and entices him to a college party out at a local farm. Michael, tired of the endless round of drunken partying with familiar faces, looks forward to the chance to step into the new world of college.

Gordon is obsessed with the new boy that moved in next door.

I had never kissed anybody before tonight.

Something about it was so electric. So surreal. I kept trying to use enough of my practiced sense of teenage 'cool' to determine whether or not this whole experience was really happening to me...but my mind kept drifting off, mid thought. Carried away by the powerful current of untapped hormones and unexplored feelings within me. Dizzy. Lost. Swept up in the undertow of a moment for which I had no previous precedent.

This is the first part of a two parter short story i wrote recently. The tale is based on a dream I had as a young man. Its set in the none to distant future, the world is in turmoil and the UK has been invaded.

When Cory is (mistakenly) diagnosed with cancer his last wish is for his two best friends to end their three year feud and apologize. So Skyler convinces Daniel to pretend they're okay and dating. Things get complicated.

After getting dumped by Clem Linton, Nathan Cole spends his time breeding and training horses and sleeping with who ever he pulls in Austin nightclubs when drunk. After he wakes up next to Taylor, Nathan starts to realize quite how wrong his outlook on life is. But dealing with how low he has sunk and being willing to find the strength to pull himself into redemption are not quite as simple as galloping across a field.

Kevin Thorne's life was pretty straight forward. With a loving mother and an adorable but annoying six year old brother as family, he didn't think he needed anyone else to make it better. But as usual, just when you think you have it all figured out, life throws a curve ball. And Kevin now has to adjust to accommodate a stranger in his family - a stranger who brings sudden change in how he felt about a lot of things in his life.
