Kidnapped by a Vampire - 2. Chapter 2

"Oh please, don't be so dramatic. You will see, when we get to know each other better, I can be quite reasonable and generous." Julius tried to reassure the young human but it was no use, because he just continued to glare at him as if he was the devil himself. "Well… I have to go back upstairs." The blond said and then added with a fake, toothy smile that there were clothes if he needed some and that he was more than welcome to join him, once he had calmed down, before leaving Sam all by himself in the luxurious bedroom.

The young man still couldn't believe his misfortune even though he also couldn't deny it. The incredible strength the little guy had displayed just now, the inhuman speed he had used to attack him, hell, even his needle-like fangs were undeniable proof that he truly wasn't human. A vampire… of all the people I had to rob, it just had to be a motherfucking, psychotic vampire?! Sam scolded himself as he slowly got to his feet, his knees still trembling from the ordeal. Worried that that thing might come back, he glanced towards the door the blond hand disappeared behind. I need to get out of here! He thought as, suddenly, a jolt shook the entire room and threw him off balance.

With his knees still wobbly he barely managed to stay on his feet as his surroundings began to rock from side to side while a loud engine noise filled the room, echoing from the metal walls that surrounded him. What the fuck?! Are we moving? Sam wondered while balancing to keep his footing. He was pretty sure it wasn't a car or something, it was way too big for that and, even though he had never been on a plane, he still doubted that it was one, either. Maybe a boat? Shit that probably means we are getting further away from shore! The gray eyed man concluded and started to worry because he didn’t know how to swim, making his possible escape from the vampire’s clutches that much harder. He could feel his body once again going into panic mode when, suddenly, an idea struck him.

With an iron will to survive, and his mind set on getting rid of the vampire, Sam managed to collect himself and focus on his plan. Hastily, he went through all the drawers and cabinets in the room, hoping to find anything that could help him against the undead monster. His confidence slightly dwindled when he found almost all of the storage space empty besides one. But, it only contained clothes that seemed strangely familiar and yet they didn't. They look like my clothes but… new. Did he buy them for me? Sam wondered as he held up a black, sleeveless hoodie with his favorite band's logo on it, that seemed to be his size.

He didn't really feel comfortable wearing something that the little monster had bought, but then again, there wasn't anything else to wear and facing the bastard butt naked wasn't really something he felt comfortable doing. "Fuck it, at least I'm getting new clothes out of this." Sam told himself and begrudgingly put on the hoodie and a pair of gray jogging pants. Once done, he carefully snuck over to the door and opened it just a crack wide. Good, the coast is clear. I need a weapon first before I can face him. The young man reminded himself and creeped down the narrow, windowless corridor that led to a flight of stairs. Carefully he went upstairs, making sure that his steps didn't make too much noise.

"Fucking hell." Sam mumbled under his breath upon seeing the lavishly furnitured deck of the yacht he found himself on. Even in the dim light of the moon he could still tell that it was bigger than any apartment or house the young man had ever been in. Damn, it even has a full on kitchen and all… Wait! A kitchen… that means…

Quickly, the young man rushed towards the open plan kitchen and looked around it, finding a big chef’s knife in one of the many drawers. Okay you can do this, you just have to make sure to stab the heart and it's all good. I mean, technically he is already dead, so it's not even murder, right? Sam reminded himself as grabbed the beautifully marbled knife that seemed to weigh almost nothing. With the weapon in hand and a new rush of determination flowing through his veins, he made his way towards the front of the large boat, where he suspected the vampire would be.

As he suspected, he found the blond behind the steering wheel, pressing buttons and maneuvering the massive yacht through the waves of the moonlit ocean.

"Hey! Bring me back home!" Sam demanded, slowly stepping closer, his weapon hidden behind his back.

"And where would that be? To me, it didn't seem like you even had one." The vampire snapped back and turned towards him. Seeing his chance, Sam tightened his grip around the knife and plunged it into the vampire's chest, right where his heart would be.

Our hero just pissed off his vampire, Julius, by surprising him and plunging a knife into his chest.

Just moments ago, his vampire tried to calm him down...."You will see, when we get to know each other better, I can be quite reasonable and generous."

I assume Sam made another bad choice by trying to kill his captor and will suffer for it. If Sam survives his failed action , his vampire will be upset and punish him. I wonder what punishment he will receive.

We still do not know why Sam was not killed at first. Is he a companion? Is he a food source?
