Wayne's Poems - 23. Dream
Love, forever, of course, my dear,
I hope are just unspoken.
The need to hear them crystal clear,
to push might leave us broken.
What can I do when faced with this,
a way to test the token.
Three little words sealed with a kiss,
or from the dream awoken ...
The rhyming scheme on this one is something I've never done before. But ... I do like it.
