Weekly Wrap Up (Sept. 14 - Sept. 20)

Happy Fall, or Spring depending on your hemisphere :wizard: Not sure about you, but we are sitting about 6-10 degrees Celsius above our normal temperatures.

Now before you all say it is all the hot air coming from me, we can test that theory. I left for Vancouver on Saturday morning. Thank you Cia for putting in the stories this week and doing the wrap up next week :worship: . So we will see if Calgary cools off, and Vancouver heats up. Actually that would be good for the ego as I think I could say I'm hot :P

Before I hear it all from some of you, I'm meeting up with a friend named Brad, and probably have some drinks. To keep certain people quiet, I'm going to say we will not go to a pub, maybe a bar, a lounge, a restaurant, a roadhouse, a microbrewery. Anything but a pub :D

A lot of people love the fall due to the trees changing colours in the more northern climates, before they are buried beneath 6 feet of s***. :gikkle: I'm not sure if I"ve asked this before, probably did but I'm too lazy to go through all the past blogs to find out. What is your favourite season and why? Mine would be winter. Especially after a snow fall when everything is nice and white and pristeen. If by chance it is cold out, the sound carries much further than any other season. You can hear someone pop open a beer from a mile away :P

Oh, did I tell you that you now have UNDER 2 WEEKS to get your 2025 GA ANTHOLOGY submitted to the proof team by October1st.

Shall we be like a teenager and wrap it up?

Monday, Cia was back with a brand new Signature Author Feature:

Tuesday, Myr went deep down and reviewed a new genre this week:

Wednesday, Cia was back and had us all looking at the Signature Excerpt:

Thursday, it was Val's time to step up and make a bigger reminder than mine above; she's such a size queen :o:

Friday was her turn again to come at us with a look back at an oldie and goodie of a Prompt. Did you try it out?So we had 5 blogs this week, and add onto that 7 Words of the Day. It was a busy week!

Fall is my favorite, but I like spring almost as much.  Fresh snow does make the world pristine (not pristeen!)

Nah, I think it is just a gas issue with you, Steven. :P

---

And,

Spring is my favorite season. I like seeing things coming back to life after a long and cold winter.

Autumn is good for like two, maybe three weeks. Then the death of everything, dust, and the warning of Winter never works for me. The loss of daylight hours doesn't either. Winter sucks. :P I want 24 - 48 hours of a soft powdery, glittery, serene snowfall of a respectable two or three inches with no windchill and then you winter lovers can have it all back.

--

And Steven, you 'have' to like Winter. Up there you have two seasons. Winter and 'Maybe Not Winter.'
