After 2 minutes of careful counting, I also have come to this conclusion.

 

It's not really hard...

 

Save the file to a folder. Zoom the icon in folder by 400% and start counting the first row, then multiply by 4. Then count the top row because it's missing a level compared to other ones. Subtract it and you get the final result.
