In South Africa Whackhead Simpson is a famous radio presenter for Highveld 94.7 FM one of Joburg's most loved radio stations. Thing is, he is best known for his prank calls, having caught out Government Officials, Large Corporations, Other Radio Stations, Ordinary people, you name it he's done it.
