NaperVic Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 (edited) I'm really starting to worry that Aaron(tls) has some 3-way idea in his mind with Rory & Seth...grrrr... Thanks for Chapter 14!!! It was an early surprise! Edited November 29, 2005 by naper_vic
Bardeara Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 Dom I don't know why maybe it's so late it isn't sinking in, but I'm used to your cliff hanger... I think I a bit sad that it just ended the way it did... I guess in a way it was a cliff hanger because it sort of just ended. NO FAIR I need more.. LOL Truly a great chapter though dude, I like watching the interation between Luke and Rory... There's just something there that so... can't seem to find the words. Can't blame Aaron for being the way he is with Seth though. Think about the fact that he doesn't really have anyone to turn to other then him it appears. His brother blacksmail him, most of the town seems to hate him for what he did to Luka. So he is worried on losing Seth as a friend. And for Vic enjoyment... I thin Aaron is [TLS]
JamesSavik Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 Maybe there's a reason why everybody in town hates Aaron. I hope Rory figures it out before Aaron has his ass stuffed and mounted on his gameroom wall.
rknapp Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 It's late and I have class in eight hours, so I'll play a video game, sleep, go to class, and comment later . Oh and Bardeara, Luke is the victim, not Dom *points to Bardeara's use of the name Luka instead of Luke *
Philistine Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 i came out of this one feeling exactly the same as i felt after the last one. i wish to slap rory. hard. then shake him a bit. no, a lot.
shadows Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 (edited) Dom, you suck. I started my homework at 6 today and I'm not done yet (1 AM). You made me stop and read DD... Well, it was more interesting than the Tempest (which I read in its entirety tonight), Utopia (22 pages of it), and 2 solid hours worth of math homework and the end of UC Applications... Senior year sucks. I'm glad I don't have to read about Rory going to school otherwise I'd probably go starkers... Is anyone else here really interested in what's up with Sethe? Y'know, Rory isn't omniscient and I think he's really giving Sethe short shrift. I want to know Sethe's story and knowing Dom, I doubt he's just going to serve as the continual competitor for Aaron's affections. Anyone care to venture a guess? //shadows edit: No longer have 69 posts Edited November 29, 2005 by shadows
Philistine Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 actually, my curiosity is also piqued about seth. i mean, he can't always be just that guy who dated aaron. hmmm.
Rabble_Rouser Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 I could be way off base (nothin' new) but I think what bothers me the most about Aaron is the way he guilts Rory into getting what he wants (and Rory is stupid enough to fall for it... the boy seriously needs to pull his head out of his ass so he can make room for a backbone). As for the whole theatre scenario... "What are you doing here?" Aaron asked him. It was a good question. Personally, I wouldn
BoyNeedsTherapy Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 Ugh, I hate Aaron. And what does TLS stand for?
Jay Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 I think that Aaron deserves a new moniker. "The Little Slut" just doesn't do him justice. I think something like "The Manipulative Little Prick" gives a much more accurate picture. What do you think Vic?
NaperVic Posted November 29, 2005 Author Posted November 29, 2005 Ugh, I hate Aaron. And what does TLS stand for? Hey blondie TLS = 'The Little Slut' I think that Aaron deserves a new moniker. "The Little Slut" just doesn't do him justice. I think something like "The Manipulative Little Prick" gives a much more accurate picture. What do you think Vic? TMLP?
whey Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 Hey blondie TLS = 'The Little Slut'TMLP? Heh, I thought TLS stood for "The Little Shit". Both fit very well.
NickolasJames8 Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 Im against Rory and Aaron hooking up....I think Aaron is gonna have Rory in trouble with the cops by the end of the story
sat8997 Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 actually, my curiosity is also piqued about seth. i mean, he can't always be just that guy who dated aaron. hmmm. Seth has the hots for Rory, not Aaron. All that stuff at the movies was his way of getting Rory's attention. Sharon
storymonger Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 I hate Aaron. I hate his character. Every time he enters a paragraph I find myself skimming until he is gone again. And he dominates every single chapter lately. TLS and TMLP indeed.
Dalmania Posted November 29, 2005 Posted November 29, 2005 Great chapter. I like people's ideas about what Seth and/or Aaron is/are up to. But...I am also worrying about Eddie and Jason. They have been together a long time. Please work it that the conflicts get resolved. (hope #1) Something has to go well for somebody! (Hope # 2) You will tell us soon that Rory decides to stay. (Hope #3) Luke and Rory build a stronger relationship. Well that is what I would order. Frances
Bao Posted November 30, 2005 Posted November 30, 2005 Seth has the hots for Rory, not Aaron. All that stuff at the movies was his way of getting Rory's attention. Sharon weeee im not the only one who thought that lol. the hushed whispers and crusing, might be a fight over rory and who gets him. lol
Philistine Posted November 30, 2005 Posted November 30, 2005 weeee im not the only one who thought that lol. the hushed whispers and crusing, might be a fight over rory and who gets him. lol don't forget the shadowing him through the theater and then sitting next to him.
BoyNeedsTherapy Posted November 30, 2005 Posted November 30, 2005 (edited) Ooooh, seth *hearts* rory...interesting...also when seth was warning Rory about Aaron maybe it wasn't because he wants Aaron, but rory...hmmmm Hey blondie TLS = 'The Little Slut' Shut up, I'm not blonde any more Edited November 30, 2005 by BoyNeedsTherapy
rknapp Posted November 30, 2005 Posted November 30, 2005 Hmm, I am going to throw out the idea that Seth, as a closet gay man who is trying the straight scene after Aaron, still has feelings for Aaron. It seemed like he was doing his damndest to seperate the two at the theator, and it is obvious that he sees young Rory as a threat. If this were true, then perhaps Seth was ok with breaking up and going straight at first, but then he saw that the one he really likes is now after another mate, and that only serves to piss him off and act the way he does. Remember the scene at the house? He was quick to make their time together alone as short as possibly by having them stay. He also has been none-to-nice to Rory, by brushing him aside at the park after the first make-out session, warning Rory away during the movie at his house, being a prick when handing Rory a glass of soda, and now the refusal to move at the theator. The next idea I am going throw out there is that Luke has got it bad for Rory, but knowing that Rory and Aaron have a little something going on, he is too nice to let it be known. That has the unfortunate effect of seeming dissapointed in Rory, to Rory, when in fact he is squirming inside wanting to tell Rory the truth (ties in the stories theme of secrets and lies). Hmmmmm... and I have left this message up for a coupla hours now without posting it...
Tim the Traveller Posted November 30, 2005 Posted November 30, 2005 Ugh, I hate Aaron. And what does TLS stand for? im glad i wasnt the only one wondering about that, but i didnt want to be the one to ask the stupid question. thank you!
Jay Posted November 30, 2005 Posted November 30, 2005 I'm really feeling sorry for Eddie now. First he has to deal with all that Rory put him through. And now that that has settled down a bit Jase is acting like a petulant 16 year old. Does anyone else think that based on what we know Jase is over reacting?
glomph Posted November 30, 2005 Posted November 30, 2005 Does anyone else think that based on what we know Jase is over reacting? I think that we, like Rory, don't know enough to know what is going on between them.
