I'm not sure if this is going be a flop, but I'm going to try anyway   What I'd like this to be is a thread on Good News stories. I was surfing the Internet the other day and stumbled across the CB

I got good news Friday.   I have a condition called angle recession glaucoma which is caused by repeated trauma- eg. getting beaten up. Boxers get it and it can damage your optic nerves to the point

I really hope that this story is true and if it is, it is definitely good news! I confess I cried a bit reading it (a good cry).

This one brought a tear to my eye. It's bittersweet, as ultimately most transplant stories are, but also heartwarming: You've got our mummy's lungs

You made me cry with that one Graeme, but the tears were worth it. What a lovely but sad story for exactly the reasons you mention.

My BFF just told me her son has joined his school's GSA this year.  He was inspired to do so because of people like Brian Justin Crum on "America's Got Talent".  He hasn't always been understanding of LGBT people, so this is a great step forward for him.  :)

I hope this link works.  The story I wanted to share is about the elderly lady who got to ride a horse one last time.  I don't know what language they're speaking, but the look on her face speaks for itself.  I'm still crying.

It's truly amazing how selfless and honorable people can be and it serves to illuminate the crassness of the reality show mentality of today.

I couldn't watch the video for some reason, but I've seen it before and boy did it make me smile. I'm smiling now just with the memory. :)

 

Not sure why the clip takes forever to load up; same thing happened to me.
