My wife and I are trying to make our mixed orientation marriage work (20 years last May).  It was always mixed, but now it is also honest.  We have a son who just started high school.

I’ll wrap this up before I have to tag it as a novel, but I look forward to sharing more through some writing soon.  

It feels good to say hi, even if I’m still hiding behind a screen name!  Much love!

Thank you, and I'm glad you've enjoyed The Castaway Hotel series.  Unlike most hotels, I've refused to raise the rates there and everyone is welcome.  I think you've figured that last part out after reading the series.    Welcome officially.

Hey - Was too busy posting and I am finally taking time to look at the forums and thought to introduce myself.

ChromedOutCortex here (cyberpunkish reference).

I came out about a year ago after being in a marriage for 20+ years and two kids later. Lets just say life was challenging. 

Things are finally settling down - ex and I are on speaking terms (she cooks for me from time to time - that's good, right?), kids still love me (LOL), I've got a BF and started writing again and sharing my experiences via story.

Welcome, and you're not the only one who has gone that route.  I too was married and have children, but as you said, life was challenging.  It's always good to stay on speaking terms with the ex, especially when there are kids involved, and having her cook for you is just a bonus.  Maybe it will get better for you, now that you have a BF.

Thank you so much! Four kids - wow. I thought two were a handful... but they are adults now and charting their own course. Of course dad is always on stand-by ready to jump in when needed (which isn't very often anymore).

I'm a writer from Europe and started looking for a place to post a story of mine (which was supposed to be only an erotica short story, but it kinda got out of hands and suddenly the two main characters had a fleshed out background story and fell in love. You know how it is sometimes ... 😅).

Anyway, I'm looking forward to read some other stories here (mostly into vanilla college stories, preferably NSFW, but only romance fine too) and eventually post my own.
