Site Administrator Graeme Posted February 26, 2015 Site Administrator Posted February 26, 2015 I first read this story a long time ago, and I still remember it. It has a fascinating premise -- a young man with aphasia. In his case, it presents itself as being only able to speak in song lyrics and similar. It's definitely worth a look...and then another one I'm really happy that it's being posted here. Long Day by Dabeagle
JamesSavik Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 There's no better way to describe this story as anything other than beautiful. Read it and see.
Dabeagle Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 Aww, guys, you're too nice to me. Long Day was originally intended as a short story but it was so well received I wrote more to it. Unfortunately some of the later chapters reflected some of that, but this has always been one of my all time favorite stories of my own. 3

dughlas Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 When I was in college one of the signs of spring was the appearance of streakers on the quad ... Jake's snippets of song are fantastic. 1
