mollyhousemouse Posted August 24, 2019 Share Posted August 24, 2019 (edited) afternoon Sirs and friends so...i have something i want to share Phil has been gone since yesterday He was invited to join His office's BBQ team for the City Olympics. it's an every year thing, but He'd not been able to participate for one reason or another until this year. the team left the office about 3:30 yesterday afternoon for the venue, to set up and whatnot. they had a pop up canopy, lawn chairs, food and snacks for the night. they started cooking at 3AM, (briskets, ribs, pork butts) there were judges there and everything to make sure no one started early. He's sent me a few pics of the pit and the food. well, i just heard from Him. THEY WON! this girl is so proud!
