Another warm muggy morning ... I am very tired and my head aches but there kiltings to be done ... Yes, I know, there are tales to be shared.

We had thunderstorms pass through this morning, but it's clear now.  I think it's supposed to rain again this afternoon.  The house feels very quiet and empty with my guests gone   They made it home safely last night.  I don't have plans for today, other than watching some shows, doing laundry, and relaxing.  Maybe some writing too, since the week of prompts have me in the writing mood again

Happy Sunday gang, 

It rained all night and this morning but it's all clear and sunny now. I've plant some leeks 🤞🏻

Now to tidy my bedroom... I've got a big box to put all the yarn I've gotten when we emptied grandma's house and those I've bought but the box isn't big enough already 😬🤭 And writing this I'm remembering I've got a big bag of yarn I've bought this week hey it was on sale buy 5 get 5 more 😉

Oh I've made a ham, lardons, mushroom (only on mom's corner) quiche for dinner

I know that empty house feeling.   Writing is good... I've written a little myself.

They packed me off early today. While helping fit a gentleman this afternoon I had diffculty doing up the belt for him and kept getting words twisted round. It was at that point I realized I needed to call it a day. On the way home I stopped and had a good dinner rather than needing to prep something once home.

Not all wool is itchy. Lambswool and merino wool are very soft. Those spiffy red unionsuits used to be made from wool. Not to mention the majority of kilts are woolen.

Thistle is going to the newly built gulag in Greenland. And the guards have explicit instructions to ignore Thistle's barks.

Drew is much like a terrier himself, isn't he? He's loud, hyperactive, constantly demanding attention...and when he gets excited, he pees.
