Father suddenly dies while visiting from overseas, no travel or health insurance. Mother is unwell as well. They could be up for medical bills that are just too scary to think about. 1 5

Popular Post clochette Posted September 23, 2019 Popular Post Posted September 23, 2019 (edited) Hey gang I hope those not feeling well earlier are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. The hope tunnel, not the death one I'm back at the apartment. Finally! Looping was supposed to come too but he managed to sneaked out of his travel bad while I was peeing. Dad dropped me on campus and then built me some nice kitchen shelves to put all my cooking things and my beloved tea machine while I was in class this afternoon Edited September 23, 2019 by clochette 8

Roasted Peanuts ⅕ fl. oz. Tamari Soy Sauce 2 Garlic Cloves 12 oz. Pork Tenderloin Medallions 12 oz. Cauliflower Florets Prepare the Ingredients Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, if necessary. Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. Mince garlic. Pat pork medallions dry, and season both sides with half the seasoned salt (reserve remaining for vegetables) and a pinch of pepper. Cook the Cauliflower Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add cauliflower, remaining seasoned salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned, 3-4 minutes. Add 2 Tbsp. water and white portions of green onions. Cover, and cook until tender, 3-4 minutes. Remove from burner. While cauliflower cooks, cook pork. Cook the Pork Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add pork medallions to hot pan and cook until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side. Transfer pork to a plate. Lower heat to medium. Make Sauce and Finish Dish Add garlic to pan used to cook pork and stir often, 30 seconds. Remove from burner. Add sweet chili sauce and soy sauce and stir to combine. Drizzling sauce over pork and garnishing cauliflower with peanuts and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit! Going to try it...thanks 3
