No... don't know what's going on... woke up in the middle of the night... I think it was a full blown anxiety attack. Scary as hell. Staying low key today, and trying not to think about it.

OMG.  Sorry, that sucks!  I had one a few years ago.  I was convinced it was a pulmonary embolism and went to the ER.  The doctor there laughed and diagnosed me with heart palpitations instead.  Hope you feel better soon!
