I've pulled out the first leeks today. They're slim but will be enough to make a small leek and ham quiche for dad. 

There were bees and bumblebees in the strawberry flowers too

A lot of places around here are doing free delivery, especially for seniors.  They're also doing curbside pickup. So you pre-order everything and they have it ready for you when you get to the store.   It might be a better option than putting yourself at risk with your breathing issues
