Popular Post Headstall Posted April 14, 2020 Popular Post Posted April 14, 2020 Happy Tuesday, all! I had fourteen turkeys in my backyard last evening. I've never seen that many together before. It shows how comfortable they are on my property. Have a great day and stay safe. 1 6

Mind you, the article starts as follows: "This Valentine's Day forget about the chocolates, the candies, and all the other sweet treats. Try serving your loved ones breakfast in bed instead!" Are you trying to tell me something, Page? I won't tell Morgan, as long as you don't. No, that's just the best version I could find for that recipe. 5

Yes it’s 3am and I should be asleep but the meeting with Dad is tomorrow (in only 7 hours) and no sleeping that well Hope things went okay B. I sent my dad a text on Sunday to wish him a happy Easter only to learn he was in hospital due to an active coronary event. It seems that he'd been having tightness in his chest off and on for about two weeks but blamed it on asthma and copd. Finally this past Friday a couple of neighbors found out and convinced him he needed to go to the er. He was admitted for observation over the weekend and then had an echocardiogram and catheterization mid-day yesterday. Both went well and the doc thinks he can be treated with meds so no surgery or stents. Dad was discharged at noon today and went home. Dads!?! What are you to do with 'em? 7

My family was having dinner, when my sister and her family arrived. Well, the dinner table wasn't able to accommodate all of us, so it was pretty crowded, and my nephew was sitting right beside me. So, to make more room for everyone, I decided to remove my plate and sat at the kitchen island instead. Well, when I did so, my nephew gave me an accusatory look, because he thought I had stolen his food. I thought you were gonna tell us he was taller than you too. 6

Popular Post Headstall Posted April 14, 2020 Popular Post Posted April 14, 2020 I didn't write any more of my story today... but I did write a poem, so that was something. It was sunny and windy, but now the sun has disappeared. Maybe I'll go for a walk anyway. 1 6
